Lots...lots...of walking. But well worth it if you can handle two-and-a-half hours on foot in intense summer-ish heat as we did. Stunning temples and fascinating history.

Skipper Francesco was happy, friendly and very accommodating! He explained the sites in 2 languages and made the 3.5 hour boat ride a joy! Swimming in the Mediterranean was a dream come true!

We had an incredible time at this authentic Sicilian cooking course. It was a magical experience learning how to make five different pastas, while also viewing their beautiful farm in the country. All the ingredients are sourced from their garden. The kind, friendly and talented hosts are excellent instructors! Highly recommend this experience for an authentic and exceptional Sicilian experience!

We had such a fun and memorable experience at this pasta-making class! Vincenzo warmly welcomed us into his home, making us feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. We loved enjoying delicious food made with ingredients grown right in their garden, and learning how to make traditional homemade pasta was such a special experience. After all our hard work, sitting down together to enjoy the meal we had prepared was the perfect reward! It was a wonderful experience filled with great food, laughter, and hospitality. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Sicily!

We cannot express how amazing our time with Annalisa was. She is the most interesting, knowledgable, and entertaining host and a fantastic teacher.We felt totally at home in Annalisa’s kitchen, and her love for Sicilian cuisine was clear from the second we stepped through the door. All of Annalisa’s produce is fresh and organic, sourced either from her own farm (most of what we cooked with was!) or sourced from local, respectable suppliers in Ortigia or neighbouring farms. She is passionate about keeping tradition alive in her cooking, and is so knowledgable about all of the science that goes into Sicilian flavour and technique.We honestly felt like we’d made a friend in Annalisa by the end of our 4 hours, learning not only the tricks of the trade, but about her amazing journey to becoming a personal chef, her brilliant children, and of course, her adorable puppy. Her own extra-virgin olive oil (a Sicilian drop, please) and limoncello are delicious, too.Above all, though, the food we cooked together was absolutely sensational. Our pasta alla Norma was better than any we’d had across Sicily, the polpette di zucchine and dessert were equally wonderful, and we left with a bag of leftovers to enjoy later on. It goes without saying that the wine was also incredible.This was a birthday surprise treat and Annalisa went above and beyond to make it that little bit more special which was really appreciated.Annalisa, we will recommend you to anyone and everyone and hope to see you again soon, maybe next time for one of your famous food tours. We will keep to our promise to show you the real traditional foods you missed in the UK next time you visit - we will cook you a roast and show you how much better Sicilian food is than British.Oh, and make sure your daughter continues with her crocheting - it’s genuinely beautiful and I see another no. 1 entrepreneur in the family before too long.Abbi cura di te e grazie mille! ❤️

Great family moment in a magical place. There are places like that which breathe tranquility. Places where time slows down, where the noise disappears, and where you simply rediscover the essentials. Take advantage of it to then watch the sunset which is one of the most beautiful in Sicily.

We had a very fun and pleasant experience on this kayak adventure. Tommy and Valentina took care of everything to make it easy and pleasant for all, adults and children. The kayak ride was easy and relaxing over beautiful waters, we landed a few times to observe the local geological curiosities, talk about sea and science, swim and snorkel around the WWF torre salsa reserve. Tommy is a great guide, fun, entertaining and very knowledgeable on many topics. After about 3 hours we returned to Cala Mambrù, were able to shower, enjoy a great granita to close the adventure, and decided to stay and relax there, enjoy lunch, the sea and more beach fun. We definitely recommend!

Annalisa was the absolute best. She was super welcoming, prepared for every step of the class before we entered, very explanatory of all the backgrounds and process of every dish, and so easy to talk to! You can tell she is so passionate about what she does, and looks forward to making a great relationship with each of her classes!

Just do it. You will not regret it. Location is excellent. Clear blue/green water. Our guide Tommy was really cool, very knowledgeable, passionate about the area, friendly, easy going. Excellent equipment and facilities. You kayak a bit, swim a bit, kayak a bit, walk a bit. Kayak back. Absolute value for money.

A very unique place, one of a kind in Sicily. A must-visit.

Our guide Carmelida was great. Very knowledgeable and skilled. There was a small bit of confusion about the meeting point, due to road construction delays, but it was quickly resolved. Carmelida provided excellent information clearly explained and was friendly and helpful. Our only reservation was with the cost. This is no reflection on Carmelida who earned whatever portion came to her, many times over. There seem to be several levels of tour management between the purchaser and the final product, which likely accounts for the high price.

Spectacular, it takes you to another place; you should go very comfortably and with enough time to explore and read.
