They checked car insurance, driver documents, even if driver had to prove 70 euro per day / financial status requirement to be able to cross the border . Our driver Reshit is amazing man . He was so polite , professional driver: always asked if we are comfortable with A/C or we want to stop for a short break. This was our this booking with choose Balkan. Our driver Reshit was very professional, our car clean and tidy. Our transfer was fromTirana to Dubrovnik, and Reshit was very patient and allowed us few minutes to take few scenic pictures.

I am so glad we found Choose Balkans before our trip to Albania. We did not want to rent a car because we heard that driving can be tricky, (which was confirmed for us when we arrived!) We booked several transfers with them - airport to Tirana, Tirana to Vlore, and back. They were wonderful to work with! We did not have to worry about transportation for our whole trip, and we really appreciated that.The company representatives were always in communication with us - before, during, and after the pick-up. They checked on us during our stay and even helped us find our apartment in Tirana when we arrived. The drivers were punctual and pleasant. We had a great experience with Choose Balkans for our minibus transfer from Tirana airport to Saranda. A quote was provided very quickly after I emailed, which was reasonable for 7 adults and the 4 hour journey. The driver was waiting with my name on a card as soon as I arrived at the airport and drove safely to our destination, offering one stop along the way.
