Michal "Walker " was an exceptional guide. The whole day was very professional from communication, pick-up and Michal's sensitivity to the events of the day. He set the tone just right for first time visitors to Auchswitz and his kind voice and friendly manner told the horrors in just the right tone. So professional, cannot fault the organisation at all.

A very interesting tour ideal for short-stay visitors to Krakow. I found it via Cool Destinations having decided to shop around after being quoted what appeared to be a very high price by our hotel and this tour was 60% cheaper and excellent value for money. Our guide was Rock, a very pleasant and informative young man and a very smooth driver. He gave plenty of information in addition to that provided by the audio recording.

Kuba did a great job of showing us the highlights of Polish cuisine in the central Śródmieście district. Everything from flavored vodka to paczek and pierogies at all the best places. Kuba clearly enjoys his work and loves the food of his country.

A very informative tour of Krakow. Bikes were comfortable and easy to ride mostly on the flat so no need for an electric bike.

We went to Zakopane today and had such a good day. Our tour guide was really helpful, funny and informative. He was very good at his job and made the whole trip really enjoyable.Honestly the best tour guide we’ve had so far! He made the day so much better and we really enjoyed it. Hotel pickup was excellent and timely. Once all persons were collected Eugene made easy work of getting to Auschwitz museum. He made sure we knew all the details needed before handing us over to our very knowledgeable tour guide. Great experience considering the subject matter. Would definitely recommend despite the early start.

It was an excellent and very well organised tour. The price was reasonable. The van was big enough, clean and very convenient. The driver Eugene contacted us in advance, providing all necessary information about the trip and the pick up point. He met us on time very close to the place we stay on one way street and was very helpful during the voyage. Highly recommended.

What a great way to see and hear about the sights! Our guide was exceptional and also hilarious. We greatly enjoyed this tour and would do it again without hesitation!
