Cologne 2026 Calendar of Events

Our tour guide, Amber, was warm & friendly and provided a wonderful array or stories, history & anecdotes during the walking tour. She spoke loudly for all to hear and did so with a smile.

Izzy was FANTASTIC! Great English language local knowledge, funny & informative. Best walking tour we’ve taken in Europe (of many)!

Caroline was so knowledgeable about the history and spooky stories of Köln! I would totally book again!

Jakob was great! He guided us around and got the group excited about our night out. I had a great time.

Our guide Cameron was very knowledgeable and chatty, with lots of facts about the city provided. He was very funny and sprinkled in lots of jokes about the more morbid topics such as Peter Kürten’s mummified head. The tour never felt like it was dragging on and ran very smoothly, without too much walking or standing around. Overall a very fun and interesting experience, we will definitely look to do more ghost tours in the future!

This audio package was easy to download and included clear maps, photos, and an interesting explanation of each stop. This is a great alternative if you want an interactive alternative to a cathedral tour.

Amazing tour and I learnt so much about Colonge and it's history. Tim was a patient and informed guide, with a passion for history. Tim mentioned the tour may discontinue if there aren't enough numbers, which is such a shame as it's such a special tour. I highly recommend!

The Cologne food tour exceeded our expectations. We had a schedule conflict that almost caused us to cancel that morning but our guide was extremely flexible and adjusted the schedule for us on very short notice. We spent the day with a local who showed us around the city, pointing out interesting landmarks and leading us to several local spots to try food and beer unique to the city. It was a perfect day, we were able to explore and see parts of the city we never would’ve found on our own. The food and beer were amazing. Our guide made us feel like friends and customized the tour for our interests and accommodated dietary restrictions.

Tim is very knowledgeable guide and I learned a lot about Cologne’s history and significance. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge.

It was a very hot day and it was just myself and my husband and our guide but this was not a problem- our guide was very friendly and greeted us with bottles of cold water- really interesting experience and we enjoyed the beer and the many food items- we were very full by the cheesecake visit but it was delicious so worth it! We definitely didn’t need dinner afterwards and had had lots to drink- great tour, highly recommend 😀

We had a fantastic bike tour with Sarah on our first afternoon in Cologne. She was really knowledgeable about the City and gave us lots of great tips. Highly recommend

It was a very fun evening and everyone was very nice. The tour guide was totally likable. The bars we visited were all great and the welcome shots were all very delicious. Only the club we visited last didn't quite hit our taste.

Audio tour of Cologne Cathedral was really good. Lots of really interesting information, easy to follow & had a map & photos so you knew where you were going.

How convenient dqt you can stop the tour, eat or do something else in your schedule. The map and the recognition photos are clear. For us, this was a godsend, because the times of the organized tour did not work out. I'd do it again in no time.

Sander was an excellent guide! Very knowledgeable and we saw things we would not have seen! The pace was great! A wonderful city to do a bike tour in!!
