We absolutely loved this scavenger hunt! Aachen’s rich history came alive as we followed clues through medieval streets, Roman ruins, and around the stunning cathedral. It was fun, informative, and a great way to explore the city on foot. We learned so much without it ever feeling like a typical tour. Perfect mix of education and entertainment!

My partner and I did the World City Trail in Aachen and had a blast! The riddles sparked some playful debates, and the route took us through charming streets, quiet squares, and historical landmarks. We even stopped for waffles and glühwein between clues. Way more fun than a traditional tour, highly recommended!

The scavenger hunt through Aachen was really fun for us even as Aacheners and we actually learned a lot about our city. A nice and fun way to get to know a city. Gladly again:-)

We did a street art tour with this operator for the second time, this time through the Belgian Quarter. It was another great experience, because the highly committed Isi showed us a lot of things that you easily overlook when walking past. It was exciting, stimulating and really beautiful. We would be happy if the operator offered more tours in other parts of the city. But we will definitely be there again one day! The rapidly changing street art means there is something new to discover every time. Conclusion: Great concept, great implementation!

Really fun guided tour with little puzzles to solve along the way. Interesting facts about each place and the app was easy to use. You can do it in your own time and take breaks along the way. Would definitely recommend.

We visited Aachen for a day and wanted something flexible , this scavenger hunt was just right. It guided us through the main sights and some hidden corners while letting us go at our own pace. The clues were enjoyable, not too hard, and the app worked smoothly. A great way to experience the city with a fun twist!

Visited the city for work and thought I'd try to do some exploring alone. The app was easy to use and it allowed me to have an exploring plan quickly without having to google for hours! Highly recommended

Great to get an idea of the city in an entertaining manner. Do it at your own pace and time: we did one part in the morning and continued late afternoon. I liked to get a good combination of historical facts and numbers, as well as fun facts.

Fun way to explore Aachen - especially during the off season when other guides / guided tours are less available. Lots of fun, and you love at your own pace.

We had a great time and were able to combine our city tour with our desire to go shopping. The puzzles were easy to solve. We particularly liked the fact that they thought about possible construction sites so that the puzzles could still be solved. That would have helped with the task at the cathedral, but we were unable to solve that task because of a demonstration.We lost one star because we would have liked a few more facts about the places/buildings/statues etc. that we passed. So we usually googled a bit ourselves before we went on. Perhaps the whole thing could be solved with an additional message that is only unlocked when asked ("Would you like me to tell you more about this place?" "Yes").

A really fun way to explore the city independently

The self guide tour was a great way to explore the key attractions and the small ones that do not get much attention. But the best part was while the maps take you to the next location you walk through the alleys and explore much more. For us discovering where Cologne was invented was the highlight. Highly recommend
