Kel was great. Communication was great leading up to the transfer, always a quick response. He transferred us from the port terminal at Whittier to Anchorage, but also did a few stops for us along the way that we had requested. Very knowledgeable explaining things along the way. Kel gave my wife and two grandsons a wonderful tour from Whittier to Anchorage airport. We started at Portage Glacier lake, with a spectacular view of a glacier flowing into the lake. Kel gave us lots of background on the glaciers, how glaciers formed and how the scene changes from winter to summer. He took us to the Alaska wildlife conservation center to see a variety of Alaskan wildlife. Then after a lunch stop, we took a gondola ride to the top of the Alyeska ski resort, with spectacular view for snow, cap mountains, and verdant valleys. Finally, he took us to Lake Hood to see the sea planes landing and taking off. At each activity, he gave us lots of information and told funny stories about Alaska and his experiences in Alaska. We couldn’t have asked for a better transition from a seven day Princess cruise to our flight home. Kel is a great and considerate guide.

Quick and easy transportation from Whittier cruise port to our hotel in Anchorage. Driver was very accommodating to our schedule. Drive was pleasant with a lot of background and history of the state and areas. Water and chocolate included!

Kel was a great guide! We were taking the transfer to Whittier to go on a cruise. He stopped along the way, letting us take pictures and giving us information about the area. Took us on a coffee stop and bathroom stops! He went out of his way to show us different areas since we had the time. Even gave us Alaskan gifts! Great time!

From the moment I booked the tour, Kelley was great, very communicative, and rapidly responded to my questions. He let me customize the tour. The tour was very boutique with hotel pickup, and nice touches like water bottles, and Alaska chocolate and flags provided. The car was comfortable and clean. Kelley used a professional microphone. And he was very funny! He even played the Mission Impossible theme song as we went through the Whittier tunnel. We had a great time and would definitely book with Kelley again. He was personable and professional, and the tour was great!
