We had a fantastic experience with Fabio. The local market, fresh ingredients and the experience of cooking our own meal was simply amazing. The price was pretty reasonable at ~100 cad pp. we had a great chef- Fabio, to guide us through the whole thing from 9 am to ~1pm. Food was wonderful, the wine kept flowing, and the company was even better. La dolce vita at its finest.

It is no surprise that this cooking experience has nearly 500 FIVE STAR reviews! What a wonderful experience. Katia and Fulvio were very welcoming. We 2 couples were paired with Katia, and she was an amazing host, instructor and chef. The conversation with her was so easy, it felt like we were visiting an old friend. The food we prepared was delicious and filling! I cannot rate this highly enough. On top of all of the aforementioned, it’s a lovely location in one of the prettiest areas of Tuscany- the stunning area surrounding San Gimignano! Enjoy!

Wonderful experience. Shout out to Catalina our host, who went above and beyond to make this experience one of a kind. She was friendly, funny and very informative. We learnt how to make 2 pasta types ( ravioli and tagliatelle) and tiramisu from scratch. All dishes were delicious. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend.

If you’re wondering what cooking class to choose — PICK THIS ONE!!!!!!!!! It was AMAZING!!!! It really wasn’t boring!!! Giulio was about sensational, he was hilarious, sang and danced for us, helped us where needed and his humour was so good. I’m so happy we took this class we learnt so much and laughed so hard, the pasta turned out amazing and I really appreciated this experience and the effort he put in for us.

Stefania and Erika are both lovely knowledgeable and passionate about Italian food and culture! We toured the market and learned about the ingredients we were going to be using and were driven to a stunning setting outside Florence to prepare everything. They had us laughing drinking and eating while preparing all the dishes for a delicious lunch and our two young adult children also had a blast and enjoyed the experience as much as we did!
