We had a delightful experience with Enza and Antonio, their daughter, and the other participants in the cooking class at their charming home. We enjoyed every minute of the evening! It started with Prosecco welcome drinks and introductions, followed by learning and practicing how to make fresh pasta, and ended with a wonderful family-style dinner.There was so much positive energy, laughter, and fun throughout the evening. It felt warm, authentic, and very welcoming - an experience we will remember fondly. Grazie mille, Enza and Antonio!

A multi-generational family business - two brothers providing the vineyard tour and wine tastings - paired with incredible food ( all local ingredients) prepared by Mamma and youngest chef brother - presented seamlessly and effortlessly for about 60 people. A very relaxed and beautiful setting - a definite highlight of our Italy trip!

Better than we expected.
It was an amazing experience. We started by mixing 2 ingredients to make the dough for pasta. The process to get the dough perfect was difficult for me but with the assistance of the class leaders I got it done. The next step we witnessed how to make Pomodoro sauce. The final step was to make the Orecchiettes. It was time to sit and eat and boy did we eat. The foods served were all local. We sampled local olive oil drenched on casa bread, tomato focaccia bread, buffalo cheese, Capicola, wine and finally the orecchiettes with the pomodoro sauce. Everything was delicious and the conversations were great. We met people from Germany, Greece and Holland. At the end we spoke with a farm house family member Francisco and got a small tour of the hotel area. This was an amazing experience with beautiful surroundings.

I’m sad we can’t do this every night! This, so far, has been the best experience in the region. We were staying in Monopoli, and I have got to say we were disappointed by the food there, so having this cultural experience with GREAT food really was a needed uplift. We got there late because I was unwell and everyone was really lovely, the guide asked where we were from. When we sat down for dinner everyone was talking to each other which was nice and made it feel really communal (totally get that the guide can’t control how social people are, so we could have gotten lucky in this respect). I brought the experience for my boyfriends birthday (great idea btw!)
