Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We received clear instructions the day before, the transportation was on time, and there was no unnecessary waiting. The Poseidon Thermal Gardens are beautiful, with many different pools and stunning sea views. Swimming caps are mandatory in the thermal pools, so it’s good to know that in advance. The tour was also very competitively priced compared to similar options I found. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this tour.

Forio d'Ischia is a beautiful town by the sea. For me, it is among the most beautiful! Easy to navigate with a weekly bus ticket. The evenings are full of life, vibrant, and romantic.

Our tickets for the ferry and entry were emailed directly to us. The ferry ride was fast and when we got off the boat we were greeted by a Cool Destinations representative who walked the 3 of us to a waiting taxi, included in the price. We were dropped of at spa and picked up at designated time and taken directly to the ferry. Great day.

Honestly could not recommend this more. Feels like a little slice of paradise- what I imagine a greek island to feel like. Booking all the transfers from Naples in one trip made it so much easier than trying to find the right ferry and get a cab there and back and worry about timing and queuing for tickets. Would definitely recommend.

It was a really good day trip! So convenient that our hydrofoil tickets and car transfer were sorted out and we just needed to show up! The thermal park was breathtakingly beautiful. The journey from Napoli to Poseidon was very good! However, the return was poorly organised, we had to wait inside a hot bus with no AC for the driver to pick up more passengers. We waited, parked in the sun and it was very uncomfortable. Recommend that they do individual pickups first or alternatively, parking in the shade when the bus is over 30° inside.

Stay in the park very nice. Numerous variable temperature pools, hydromassage, sauna, sun loungers everywhere in a green and soothing setting. Good self-catering. The taxi ride a bit long, especially in the morning when the driver made a detour to drop off other customers. So stay a little short on the park, if we take into account travel times from Naples: boat + taxi

Myself and 2 friends went for the day from Sorrento. It was a great experience trying out all the different thermal pools and the beach. It was busy but didn't have to queue up for any of the pools. The restaurant areas were nice and not too expensive. The only drawback was the length of time you actually had there, only 4 hours. Prepare to be away all day. We left hotel at 8.30 am and got home at about 7pm! I made the mistake of thinking you could go from Sorrento, but in fact, the hydrofoil was from Naples. When I realised this and knew we couldn't get to Naples for 8.30, the company was very helpful in trying to ensure we still got to use our Spa tickets. Fortunately, the hydrofoil did run from Sorrento to Ischia on a wed, but I had to buy another 3 tickets as they said they couldn't trf the tickets I'd purchased. The hydrofoil was nearly an hour late arriving in Sorrento, so it was not a great start. Thankfully our minibus trf at Ischia Port had been told to wait for us so we got to the Spa just before 12 midday. The hydrofoil delay wasn't the company's fault, but it meant we only had 4 hours in the spa and it would have been nice to spend a bit more time there.

the gardens are crazy, the park is huge, there are many swimming pools, most of them outdoors, some indoors, of different degrees. There are many umbrellas and sun loungers scattered throughout the park, and there is also a very large private beach. In the swimming pool you should use the headset, which can also be purchased inside a boutique located right next to the indoor pools. The park is not only developed in the plains but also in height, where you will find many swimming pools, a sauna, and wonderful viewpoints, where you can admire a beautiful view. The only downside is that the prices of the bar and restaurant are a bit high. For example, a breakfast consisting of a ginseng, a coffee, and two croissants, cost us nine euros. but otherwise all very nice.

This was a lovely day out. The transport was well organised which took a lot of work out of the day for us. We may have been lucky because it was a slightly cloudy day but the gardens/pools weren’t crowded. There were plenty of loungers. The pools were wonderful to try and the general environment was beautiful and relaxing. The food in the cafe was really good with lots of healthy options. The changing and locker facilities were also very adequate. Only issue was unexpected €5 charge each for wrist band.

I wasn’t sure if the beautiful pictures posted were gonna be the reality that we would see. But it is absolutely as gorgeous as the picture show. Everything went smoothly from hopping on the hydrofoil and getting a shuttle there. The only thing I wish is that the spa would have better signage inside. It took us a while to find where the towels and swim caps were located. By the way, they are right next to the indoor swimming pool. I love the temperature of all the pools. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Amazing place.... so much to do and the facilities were all clean and top notch. I would recommend this as a relaxing trip.

Well organised transport, only negative was having to make own way to the port. A bit challenging finding where hydrofoil left from but got there in the end.

Really enjoyed our day there. It was quiet in October but guessing it would be very busy high season. Beautiful park and beach access. Pools so relaxing and very clean. Food also reasonably priced. Would feel even better if people weren't allowed to SMOKE- at what is essentially a place promoting health and wellbeing.

We loved our time here. We traveled to Ischia for a day trip specifically to visit the Poseidon Gardens. We took a taxi from the Forio port and then asked the same taxi driver to come back and get us when we needed to leave. Such a smooth experience! It was fun to try different pools with different temperatures and my husband loved the intense heat of the sauna. We appreciated the beach access, beautiful views, and the good, fresh food options in the cafe. We did get the 25-minute massage, which we would probably skip next time. Didn't feel like it was enough time to really feel the benefits.
