Excellent all around. Pre-trip communication was great, I had a lot of questions about tickets to buy/times and they always answered quickly and spot on. Driver was friendly, knew the tour route very well, and even remained after hours thanks to traffic. Vehicle was very nice on the inside, practically brand new Mercedes van, spacious for numerous adults. I would not hesitate to book with them again, and even ask for the same driver.

What a great day!!
This was a great trip altogether. We stayed in Munich so it was nice to get out of the city & see the countryside as we traveld to Eagles Nest & Hallstat. Lucas our driver was fantastic & a safe driver. He made sure we got to our destinations on time & we didnt feel rushed once we arrived. The sites at both were something you can only imagine, just breathtaking. It was a great day!

This was a great tour. It was a beautiful day, the hike was terrific. Rich was a lot of fun and very informative. We had a great lunch at the beer garden. I highly recommend the pretzels with cheese dip. The beer was excellent. We then hiked to a lake and enjoyed just sitting and looking at it (while drinking more beer). There were three of us, two elders past 65 and our son in his 20s. The hike was a little strenuous for me, a 68 year old woman, but we took our time and I did fine. A great time.
