I highly recommend! I received a text message prior to trip to confirm trip was still on. Also, wanted to know how many people and an estimate on the number of luggage we were bringing. Once we arrive at the airport, receive a text stating that he see our plane had landed. He sent the driver name and phone number, photo of the vehicle and the license plate. The trip from airport to the Celebrity Summit was seamless!! Thank you Whilson for getting us from the airport to the pier safely!!

Jonathan was superb. He was pleasant, kind, on time, very communicative during the entire process. We had a late arrival and he was very patient. Our drive was 30 min away from the resort. I will always utilize or request Jonathan!

This was my first time using Cool Destinations so I had to do some extra navigating to get just what I wanted, airport transportation to and from a resort in Rio Grande. The price saved me sixty bucks compared to what the resort wanted. Once I found what I wanted everything was a breeze. The only issue that I have is when I checked my booking I did not see all of my travel information. It did not show the return trip to the airport. When I called customer service they verified that my return trip was booked. Jesus, the driver, was at the airport before my plane landed. He was very courteous and personable. Offered use water which was welcomed because it was hot. On the return trip has also early, got use to the airport safe and sound. I will definitely use Cool Destinations again.
