It was great !! I loved every part of it ! The instructors were great and super helpful with it being a beginner class !

Super fun and educational beginner surf lesson! I’ve never surfed before and my husband has only tried it once or twice, so it was a perfect level to try. The board offered were bigger and cushioned so it was easier to balance on. Our instructor gave detailed explanations and advised where we should watch out for the rip currents. I managed to get up and stand a lot which was so fun! Definitely planning to book another lesson next time we’re visiting family as I really want to get better.

The area we went to surf had red flags....do not enter. The instructions made all my kids feel safe and knew the rip tide and even made sure others not in the group were safe. They were all certified life guards and locals that knew their stuff. The kids had plenty of time to surf. The provided granola bars and water for break. Even their excitement when finding a full sand dollar showed me how much they love their beaches! Thank you for making our kids feel safe.

Instructors were so awesome! Explained and demonstrated everything well. Every person in our group got up too!!! Super fun experience would highly recommend!

Callie was a great instructor! She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She made sure everyone maximized their time in the surf while keeping everyone safe.

Cali was a great instructor, and we road a lot of waves and had a great time and got lots of good pictures

Kalisol and her coteacher were the best! They kept us safe. We learned how to surf in the group lesson. The next day we rented surfboards to surf some more. Excellent experience!

Amazing experience surfing at La Pared Beach!! The instructors were soo knowledgeable and friendly. We had a group of 9 & every single person made it onto the board in the water! Which really speaks volumes to how good the instructors are! Highly recommend!!!

Very encouraging to kids with zero experience. Both my kids (11 yr old daughter and 15 year old son) loved it. It was a small class with other people having more experience and it worked well.

Instructor was fluent in both languages and very thorough with the instructions. He guided and helped us every time, very friendly. Had a great time with this class!

The staff members were very friendly and energetic! They are also very knowledgeable about the location, rip tides and made sure everyone felt safe at all times. Upon arrival and check in, instructions began promptly so we could make the most of our time. There was a short break half way through, water and a snack were provided before we finished off the end of the lesson. Overall, it was a blast! Highly recommend!

We had an incredible surfing experience with Surfing Puerto Rico. We had three fabulous instructors to teach and guide us - Claire, Kallie, and Joana (her first day!). We have one surf lesson under our belts from a couple years ago, but our PR instructors were so knowledgeable that we learned new things about water safety and technique. We lucked out with our lesson being just my family of four, but with the super efficient system they had to keep everyone moving, there's no doubt you'd get just as much surf time as we did. Each one of us had success right away! It was such a fun experience. I highly recommend them!

This was my partner and I's first time surfing and overall it was a good experience! La Pared beach in Luquillo is a beautiful beach and a good place for beginners to surf. Our two instructors were exceptionally patient and handled a group of 8 of us remarkably well. The one thing that I wish were different would be more instruction throughout the lesson. I was having trouble standing up for a while but didn't really get any instruction on what I was doing wrong. Overall, it was worthwhile for a first time surfing!
