We had the best time with George and I would highly recommend booking a walk. He is the rare blend of personable and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us some amazing wildlife that has given me memories that will last forever. I have been telling others about the facts we learnt on the trip. I will definitely come back to learn more!

We arranged to spend one and a half days with George to take us to various habitats on Kos to search for butterflies and birds. George researched the habitats we needed to explore very well. He arranged the car hire and picked us up from the hotel on time. The whole experience was fantastic. George is friendly, knowledgeable and patient and a pleasure to spend time with. Besides birds and butterflies he showed us some amazing invertebrates, reptiles and amphibians. We can thoroughly recommend George.

We had an amazing time hiking the butterfly valley with the tour guide Manuela! Views were beautiful and our guide was super sweet and knowledgeable. We got to see a lot of different animals in addition to the butterflies. We would absolutely love to go again sometime in the future.

My wife and I joined George for a wildlife walk in November, just at the end of the tourism season in Kos.We would thoroughly recommend the experience. George gave clear instructions for where to meet him, and it was very easy and affordable to hire a bike in the town and cycle to the location.On the walk, he kindly provided binoculars and guided us around the area, allowing us to see and learn about a range of animals up close while being considerate of their habitats. He also shared his photos with us afterwards, so we could focus on the experience.George's passion for conservation and birding was clear to see. It was a pleasure to spend a quiet Sunday morning with him.

George is very knowledgeable and passionate about nature and the communication prior to and during the trip was perfect and we learned a lot about the wildlife around the Tigaki salt lake area from him. He knows the area well and took us to some great areas to observe and photograph lots of bird species as well as some reptiles without disturbing the wildlife of this special area. Would highly recommend a trip with George!

We had a wonderful birdwatching walk of about three hours under George’s leadership. His deep knowledge of birds and his friendly, warm personality made it an unforgettable experience for all of us. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting or living in Kos. George’s passion for nature is truly inspiring, and his ability to make everyone feel welcome adds a special touch to the tour. It was not only educational but also relaxing and full of joy.

George was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the ornithology of Kos. The walk was great fun - we saw 27 different species of birds and learnt lots about the ecology of the island. I would thoroughly recommend a walk with George to any bird watchers, however amateur, visiting the island.

We spent a morning exploring Kos with George, saw and heard over 35 species of birds and found a Starred Agama. George is very knowledgeable, we saw lots of wildlife and learned something about Kos , too. Pre-trip George asked about our interests and managed expectations ref which species we were more likely to see. It was my first sighting of a Spotted Flycatcher, George was patient while I attempted (repeatedly) to get images of the Flycatcher flying and catching flies. It was a true pleasure to spend time with and learn from George.

George is very accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to the birds and reptiles found on Kos. It's a leisurely tour where one can take their time to take photos or just enjoy the wildlife. For anyone interested in local wildlife and things outside of the typical tourist things to do, this is an absolute must do!

My husband and I booked to go with George and the trip was outstanding! George was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife, conservation, and education. He knew all the best spots that we were likely to see certain species. We had a wonderful time and can recommend George without hesitation! George also provided a species list of what was seen during our trip alongside some beautiful photos he had taken of the wildlife seen on our trip. It was an overall great experience. From the initiation of contact, working out what we wanted and planning an itinerary and then of course the day itself. George is super knowledgeable and really passionate about what we are looking at and looking for. Even though the rains came early to Kos this year we still saw a really good spread of bird species, including a few early Flamingos, Flycatchers, Stone Curlews and crested Larks. It was really rewarding and a morning well spent. Definitely a reason to come to Kos on another visit.

George is a fantastic guide, has a deep knowledge of the subject and does his job with love. It was a wonderful experience, we saw 20 different types of birds and two types of scorpions. The hike was made with my 12 year old daughter who was very happy and enthusiastic. For lovers of animals and landscapes I recommend it. We went on the car tour to multiple places across Kos and that was an especially great option for us since we went when the migratory season was basically over and the heat started to get intense. Got to see a lot of the island and many interesting animals and places. Very knowledgeable and kind guide who could tell us a lot everything we were seeing. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone nature and wildlife interested visiting Kos.
