Great zip line circuit! Our first experience in Sept 25 was so great that we decided to come back for the 26 season as well. The second experience was just as outstanding as the first. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. It's obvious that they are enjoying themselves and enjoy their jobs which really just takes an already great experience up to the highest level possible.

So glad we chose to do this adventure. Jared, our guide, picked us up at 8 in Durango and off to Silverton. Had time for coffee and restroom break while he switched out vehicles and then off we went. Jared was very knowledgeable about the area, wildlife and history. Also a great driver. Asked before we started if we would be scared of heights and steep drop off so that he made sure we would get the adventure we wanted. Took us up the off trail to Corkscrew Gulch. Wonderful scenery. No way to see this except off roading. Returned to Silverton at 1. Had plenty of time to get lunch and look at some shops. Took the 3:15 steam train back to Durango. Wonderful day. So glad we decided on this instead of up and back on train. Also shout out to office staff who does amazing job communicating. Multiple emails and text to make sure you’ve book the train, know where and when to meet, etc. Great job. Thanks for a memorable day.

We booked the 6-zipline tour directly with Durango Adventures on our trip to CO. Previously we have only done aerial adventures with short ziplines, so I was a bit nervous to do an all-zipline tour with long distances, hence I booked us on the 6 instead of the 12, thinking 6 is plenty enough. On hindsight, we should have done the 12 because I ended up having so much fun.You do need to hike 10-15 minutes uphill at the beginning. Our guides, Emily and Reba, made sure we have breaks and did not rush us. Emily and Reba were super patient. They also have water and snacks available. They are very professional especially when it comes to the harness and all the equpiment. I felt very safe with them. If there are specific instructions for a line, they will first mention it to the whole group, but will repeat the instructions to each person as we launch.I also like the fact that I don't need to worry about breaking - they do the breaking for us and making the landing pretty easy. I ended up enjoying it so much more than I had expected, and really wish we had gone for the 12-zipline!

We had a wonderful jeep ride with Tim as our guide. We went deep into the backcountry and saw sights we’d have never seen on our own. Our travel companions became friends. Tim was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. It was several hours well spent!

This Jeep excursion was great! Our tour guide, Jarrod, was incredibly knowledgeable about the region and the rich mining history of the mountains. He shared so many interesting facts! I also liked that he was willing to spend time with us at some of the stops to let us explore, ask questions, take pictures or just sit and take in the astounding views. We never felt rushed. The tour does go way up into the mountains, to 11,000 feet, and gets pretty rough due to the rock & natural debris trails, so you need to be capable of holding on and handling the very bumpy ride. However, if thats not an issue for you, it was absolutely worth it for the unbelievable views we got when we reached our destination!!! It was breathtaking-nothing we've seen before. Jarrod knows his vehicle, the mountains and his history extremely well. We consider ourselves lucky he was our host for the afternoon. 10 thumbs up!! PS: Wear sturdy, closed toed shoes or boots, bring small snacks. Your guide will have water. Suggest not eating prior to your tour!

Five stars isn’t enough, I rate Eli a 6! First timers booking a white water rafting trip! We had an amazing experience with Eli being our guide. He was the perfect mix of professional, calm, and hilarious. Even when the rapids picked up, he was completely cool and collected, which made our whole raft feel confident. He gave super clear, easy-to-follow directions, educated us on the river and what to expect, and kept us laughing the entire time. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and loves what he does. More than just a great guide, Eli was awesome to hang out with down the river. Made the whole trip feel effortless and so much fun. If you can request Eli - do it. 10/10, we will definitely raft with him again!

Best zip line experience I’ve ever had!
If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This was the best zip line experience that we have been on. The guides were absolutely amazing. They had such wonderful attitudes and remembered us all by name. The food was delicious and everyone was so thoughtful and great to spend time with. It’s definitely worth the money! I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fun, fun, fun on the Animas River!
What an amazing experience for my husband & our granddaughter! We were looking for an introduction to whitewater rafting for her; my husband has done several in different regions. She absolutely loved it, declaring it her “best day ever”! They were with one other family (really cool that they were from Louisiana, too). Hannah, their guide was so nice & knowledgeable. The first mile was in smooth water, so my two swam in the cold waters for about a half-hour. Then the rapids began & the real fun started. The price was high, but reasonable for what they got with a lot of individual attention with only 6 being guided down the river. We’ve used this company before & highly recommend it.
