We found this park to be reasonably priced. There was a good range of rides to cater for a range of ages and the wait times for rides was very good. There were plenty of the inflatable available for rides and apart from food and drink everything was included in the entrance fee. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The payment system using wrist bands worked very well. Overall compared to water parks we have visited elsewhere this park is a favourite.

We had a wonderful day trip here a few days ago. We have been before and absolutely loved it so needed a return visit. The weather has been amazing so we booked with our tour operator. The trip is for the whole day and you get picked up and returned to your hotel. The park itself is clean, well run, has attractions for all ages and abilities and is very safe. We went on all of the rides because it was fairly quiet and there was no queueing but it can get busy so beware of this. You are given a bar coded wrist band and a locker wristband on entry. There are plenty of lockers available. There are also lots of showers and changing facilities. It is a cashless park so you charge everything to your barcoded wrist band and pay up on exit. The food is good and not too expensive. One tip: wear water shoes if you are just walking around the park as the tiles get super hot. Customer care: i lost a very special bag unfortunately whilst we were visiting. I thought it had been stolen but when i contacted the customer care department, they actually found my items, then emailed me to say they had it and at my request, so kindly gave it to a taxi driver who brought it to my hotel that morning. I am overjoyed at getting my items back. I can not tell you how grateful i am to the staff involved. A massive thank you. You are the best.

Excellent value for money. Some fantastic slides with some really scary ones too. Great time of year to go as no queues at all. Food and drink were reasonably priced too and the wristband system was a great idea too

The trip was absolutely amazing, we got the water thrills we were after and we’re glad there were vegan otions on site. The photographs were lovely and we were so glad to have met Maya, Rafaela and Emi; we were blown away by their jolly nature, genuine interest in our lives and attention to detail with our Photo packages! A great day covering all aspects.

We arrived about 11:30am as we had a delayed start to our day. Would have been better to get there at opening as we ran out of time for all the slides. Queue wasn’t bad to get in and it was efficient. You are given wrist bands with a barcode so you can purchase items during your day and pay the bill when you leave. This was great for the children when they wanted ice cream or drinks. The slides were really good and well spaced through the park. Due to the children’s height we could only go on the level 1 and 2 slides but there was still so much to do. One of the best ones was the zip line over the wave pool! Some of the queues with the rings were a bit long but worth it. The only negative I have was the cleanliness of the park. There was a green algae line as you enter the wave pool which doesn’t look great and general rubbish littered in places. The site needs a bit more upkeep in my opinion. Overall a great day, lots of fun had and the children asked to go back again.

There were not many people at that time, despite the good weather and relative heat. As a result, we followed the descents in buoys and on slides, and it contributed to a superb day. The catering offer is correct (burgers are not good, but pasta or pizzas are good). The locker is a bit expensive (€4), and the photos are overpriced (15 bullets a photo, just that!) My advice, if you are not interested in souvenir photos at this price, do not waste your time in photo shooting...

We had a great time and spent around 6 hours here which was perfect, as a family of 4 with two young kids aged 2 & 6 I was worried there wouldn’t be enough to entertain but it was so fun! Plenty of choice of slides as well as a wave pool & lazy river. We were tempted after our son was disappointed that he was (very slightly) too short for the slides at our hotel. Food was also reasonably priced but your usual pizza, nuggets, burgers etc so nothing fancy. I would say cosmetically the park could do with a little refresh mainly in the changing area and some of the slides but you get beautiful views as it is way up on the hilltop.If you are hesitant I would say it is well worth the trip for the day. We all loved it! Staff were also very friendly.

We visited Watercity Waterpark on a Monday in October, so it was fairly quiet — which meant we could go on all the slides without any queues. We really enjoyed that! I also liked the wristband system, which lets you charge all food and drinks directly to it — no need to carry cards, cash, or anything else around the park.Unfortunately, the cheeseburgers we had for lunch were awful — we threw them away after just one bite. Apart from that, though, we had a great day and would definitely recommend visiting outside the busy season.

Great big facility with enough space for all visitors - only criticism is the lack of slides for children from 4-8. some baby slides and then the rest almost just slides for bigger children - sometimes very fast and dangerous for small children - loud sound reinforcement by music you have to like - you are not there to sleep 😉

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this park, he is a huge fan of thrill rides and the variety of slides ensured that we had hours of fun! We mostly enjoyed the turbo cyclone as it was a thrilling ride to go down. Safety and security for our additional items were excellent as we were worried before visiting that we didn’t have anywhere to store our items. The clever way of having a barcode to scan for food and drink meant that we didn’t have to continuously carry our phones and food was reasonably priced.One downfall is that, there were numerous amounts of leaves in the Jacuzzi and main pool, which we expected due to there being plants around. We were wondering if there was a leaf collector however to stop more leaves getting into the pool. Also, the double rings for the more thrill seeking rides were deflated which meant that sometimes we would get stuck on the rides or hurt our bottoms whilst riding it.!

Ms and my wife thoroughly enjoyed Water City, with it being the 2nd time we've been today (10th September).The park has plenty of rides for all different types of thrill seekers and age groups. Safety is taken seriously, but the staff are friendly and at hand. You can use your wrist band to make purchases and then pay for goods at the end of your visit.

Good fun and there were plenty of slides either with rings or without. You don’t have to walk far for each slide as the entrances are quite close to one another. However one of the slides we found dangerous. The red wedge one where you slide up a high side and then over to the other side I nearly broke my neck as we went slamming into the crash barrier at an unsafe speed, so much so that other people at the park had a genuine concern about us. Luckily nothing broken but needs to be addressed. We then avoided that ride for the rest of the day. All the other rides were funThe jacuzzi pool scum line was dirty so didn’t spend anytime in there as it needs a good clean.All in all a good fun day. I thought the value for money was good and included transfers which were on time and quick. Some improvements to be made and looked into for safety reasons.

Hey there! As a water park lover, I’d give this park a solid 4.5 out of 5. We visited during our family holiday in Crete (two adults and two kids aged 12 and 15). We paid 158 euros, which included a transfer. The transfer was super efficient and ran smoothly to and from our hotel (luckily, ours was one of the pick-up points). We went on Sunday, August 31st, and it wasn’t too crowded. However, during peak hours, you might need to wait in line for 10-15 minutes, but this is mainly because the slide attendants make sure everyone is safe before they go on the slides. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of lifeguards throughout the park. My favourite ride was the yellow three-racer ride. It seemed to be very popular! Our online tickets included 2.97 euros per person credit to use at the park. We used some of our credit to buy two lockers, which cost around 4-5 euros each. There were plenty of things to do, from lazy rivers to a wave pool. The wave pool only opens at 1 pm, 3 pm, and 4:30 pm for 10 minutes, but I only found out about this by asking a lifeguard. So, I managed to enjoy it twice! Another great thing was that I called customer service and was able to change my ticket from Saturday to Sunday. I was a bit worried we might not have been on the transfer bus list since we changed our date, but everything worked perfectly. The transfer picked us up at the right time. I also liked the wristband system. It’s scanned when you buy food or drinks, and you pay on exit. I think it’s a brilliant idea. Overall, it was a fun day for the whole family, and it was well worth the money.

Good quality water park, reasonably priced tickets and food. Kept a family of middle aged parents, 20 somethings and teens happily occupied for the day.

Not too large area. Well planned / organized.. Well maintained (clean, lots of space to relax) Reasonable prices for food/drinks inside. Free parking (lots of space) One minor minus (take time): One has to buy a locker (extra charge +4 EUR).

Always a great day out. It was extremely busy when we went but still mamaged to have a good time. Well organised, always clean and well maintained. Hasn't really changed over the past 25 years but if it ain't broke........ The only thing I didn't like was the end of the day queue to get out. All purchases are on a wristband that you pay for at the end of the day on exit but the process was slow and people try and push infront of you. Probably next time we go to Crete we will avoid Watercity because of this.
