Absolutely Amazing!! They welcomed you in as family, you got to know them some, other people, sing and dance. Best night! We had an issue, we somehow booked on a Tuesday, a day they weren’t open. They talked with us a bit and then invited us to come the next night. So, glad we came back. Wonderful people. Def give them a try!

Our experience with Chania Sea Experience was amazing from the beginning. Booking was super fast and easy with Konstantinos answering to all our questions. We were a big group of 10 adults and 2 kids so we needed some flexibility to adapt the itenerary which was given to us since day one.The day on the boat was simply amazing!! We keep saying it was our best day in Crete for sure. Skippers were super nice and attentive, we had to adapt the itenerary to skip all the ferries going to the beaches and it made our experience even better. We had drinks, music and a lot of care with the kids too.We also opted for the BBQ at Gramvousa Island and it was the perfect set for our dinner. The food was really amazing, homemade and tasted very good. Best tsatsiki we had on the island!!The best part was the sunset, we were at sea watching it and it was an experience we will never forget!!Thank you to all Chania sea Experience team for the memories we’ve created that say. Could not recomend them more for anyone that goes to Crete. Amazing experience really!!

From the initial inquiry for an excursion, communication was fluid and responses were quick on WhatsApp. George welcomed us warmly and we even left before the scheduled time. This allowed us to be the first ones at Gramvousa. Then swimming after the climb up to the fortress. Next we headed to Balos. Even though there were already people there, we avoided the crowded ferries. We were able to walk around and swim at our own pace without time constraints, which is really appreciated. On George's recommendation, we went to have a delicious homemade Boureki and a Greek salad for lunch in a quieter spot where we were able to swim in translucent waters. We ended the day in a small secret cove. George prepared a ceviche for us with fish that had just been caught! A superb day that we will have excellent memories of. Thanks again to George for having greatly contributed to it. We are restarting Chania Sea Experience at 200%👏👍

Yannis our tour guide was very attentive to ensure we were pleased with our experience. He was very personable, educated us along the way on Crete and the Chania area and took us to a local spot for a wonderful Cretan meal. The horseback riding was very fun. We rode through the middle of town to the beach and even had the opportunity to trot the horses on the beach. Important to know this is a public beach so keep in mind you will not be in a secluded area. Very busy but still worth it.

We had a crazy good time in Crete and Yannis was such an amazing tour guide. He was terrific at communicating with me well in advance of the tour to coordinate the pick up location. Once we were on our way, he treated us to a wonderful coffee and pastries at a beautiful setting. The entire day was full of wonderful food, wine, and beautiful tour of the country side. We visited a monastery, an olive oil factory, a beautiful lake and the black sand beach, and a winery. We even got to see some local wildlife -- a whole flock of sheep running alongside the road!

Yannis provided the best experience, my wife and I could not speak more highly of him. We went on the horse riding tour through the countryside in Crete. Our guide, Yannis, provided an exceptional experience while picking us up from the airport, bringing us to a local coffee shop in a small village on the way to horse riding, and had arranged a beautiful dinner at a tavern by the sea after horse riding. If we could, we would book all of our tours with Yannis.

We booked recently with our German documentary Filmteam (9 pax) Panajotis for a 5 hour motorboat- trip from Chania old port to Balos Beach and Gramvousa Island. Not at all an easy task for Panajotis and Makis to have an demanding Filmteam on board with loads of equipment and special demands to stop here and there, to film this, to film that. Panajotis and Michalis went out of their way to fulfill all our demands. We were able to film at Balos beach the marvelous turquoise sea (the beach was on this day empty) and we had the honor to visit Michalis (the pirate from Gramvousa) and Jannis at Gramvousa Island where Michaelis prepared a Kakavia fish-soup from the big grooper Panajotis brought with him. We managed to catch all these scenes with our cameras , caught a glimpse of authentic Greek lifestyle on this lonely Greek island and spent besides our professional interest a beautiful afternoon and evening in the sea. Needless to say that 5 hours became more than 6 hours. Thanks a lot to Panajotis and Makis, indeed an unforgettable beautiful tour with two very professional sailors.

What a night! The food and dancing were spectacular!. The hosts made you feel at home the minute you were greeted. So many personal touches like singing national anthems and celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Much laughter and good conversation! Highly recommend!

As a first time visitor to Greece, this was a "must do" and we were so impressed! It was so much fun!

We had such an amazing experience that we ended up booking this private boat tour twice during our stay (once to Balos and once to Elafonisi and surrounding area).Our skipper Giannis was fantastic! He took us to stunning beaches and hidden spots that would have been difficult to reach by car making the experience truly special. Giannis also provided drinks and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch and made the day even more enjoyable.We were so impressed that we even recommended the company to another Canadian family we met during our vacation. If you’re looking for a memorable day on the water in Crete, we highly recommend this company and especially skipper Giannis!

We headed there on a day trip from our cruise. Unreal day, bluest water you will ever see. Kind captain who took us everywhere we wanted. 1000/10

We had such a great experience with Yannis that after our first outing (booked through Airbnb), we decided to book a second full-day tour with him and it was absolutely the right decision. He picked us up from our stay and introduced us to not just incredible sights, but also to his wonderful wife and daughter, who shared some of their favourite local places with us.We started the day with a visit to the oldest olive tree, then went to a stop at a local bakery to try some pastries. From there, they took us to two beautiful beaches - one of which was off the beaten path - and then took in the stunning views on a drive around the eastern side of Crete. Each stop felt thoughtfully chosen. Yannis' attention to detail really stood out. From making sure we were adequately hydrated to remembering me mentioning wanting to buy olive oil (yes, he made sure to include a stop for us to buy direct). We ended the day with an amazing dinner at a local spot.The day was a well planned experience with a true local flavour. It was well-paced, thoughtful, and genuine. Definitely check it out if you're looking for something more than just tourist stops.
