A must see of the coastline. I don’t think you need more than the 2 hour tour and I’d recommend private so you can get the pictures you want.

We had a fantastic morning on the SUP’s. The guides were great, really helped the complete beginner in our party. The view of the town from the sea is so worth it and the caves were beautiful!

Due to wind the trip was cancelled a day before. I was offered to change it for a different day or take a different trip that day (food tour). I was visting the coast for only 1 day, so I decided to resign. I recieved the refund after 4 days.

Both of the instructors are very nice and friendly and told us a lot about the city (coast) and it's history. And the best time is to go at sundown (18:30) to see the sunset and listen to the live music from the near restaurant. The whole experience its awesome and relaxing! Really recommend it to go. Especially if you're a solo traveler

We loved this SUP tour in Polignano a Mare! Our guide, Antonella, was the best: very friendly and funny. Also, she took a lot of pictures from us, which was great since we did not bring our cellphones. I really recommend this tour if you want to see Polignano a Mare from a different perspective and explore its beautiful caves.

We were a group of 6 friends who booked a private boat trip around the caves and Monopoli. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Antonella was great getting it organised and even helped us organise a tuk tuk from the station.The boat trip was a highlight of our two weeks in Puglia. The water was amazing, we stopped about 6 times at different locations to swim. The skipper Vito and assistant Sakura were very friendly and made our trip fun.A must do if you are staying near the coast. The scenery and caves were spectacular.
