Top Ashland Escape Games

This was an incredible find! Our extended family has been visiting Ashland for decades, but this was our first visit to the Scottish Play escape room. Our group ranged in age and experience, so it says a lot that EVERYONE loved it. The rooms are decorated beautifully and many "Easter eggs" point to the Scottish Play (exciting our nerdy group), but no background information is required to solve the puzzles. The clues were clever enough to be challenging but also achievable enough to stay fun.I loved working with their staff. Booking was easy, communication was clear and timely, and they were responsive to specific needs of our group. Our guide was considerate and funny - taking photos, answering questions, and sharing stories before sending us off to break the curse. We definitely would have been lost without his guidance, but he didn't make anyone feel stupid. (We did that on our own...) After our visit, I received a personalized follow-up message checking in. The care and pride taken in this experience are obvious.It took a lot of convincing to get our group to give the Scottish Play a try, but we had such a wonderful time that we're planning on visiting the Ramblin' Rogue Saloon next. It also piqued my son's interest in Macbeth...and Scottish garments. Thank you for the memories!

We had a such an amazing experience at Escape Ashland! Three generations of our family went, and we all had a blast! Zoey was so warm and enthusiastic, and gave the perfect amount of patient assistance. We would definitely recommend this experience.

My husband and I did the Scottish play escape room and it was so much fun. Moderate challenge level and staff very helpful with hints. We enjoyed it all the way through!

My teenage son wanted to do an escape room for his birthday, so he went with his best friend and they had an amazing time. They said it was engaging and fun, and they were thrilled about the whole experience! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who might be interested in going.

Some of us weren't very sure about going to an escape room. We met our stage manager who had a ready smile and he put us in this tiny little room. We suddenly felt overwhelmed. Laughing with family and getting a line or 2, we bungled our way to victory. Giggles, laughter, and a common goal made for a super fun, unique experience for each of us!! Highly recommend!

RAMBLIN ROGUE SALOON: We loved every minute of it. The clues were perfect - not too hard, not too easy. When we did get stuck, the helpful nudges from the watchful barkeep were greatly appreciated. Yes, we solved all the amazing clues and reached the surprise ending, and it was soooo satisfying. We highly recommend this creative escape experience. It will be one that you will remember for a long, long time.

Five family/friends did the Scottish play escape room. Great integration of Shakespeare with escape mechanisms!There was enough to keep us all working and we solved the puzzle in under an hour.Staff was fun. We all had a great time.

We did The Scottish Play themed room after seeing the actual play in the afternoon. So much fun! We took two 17-yr-olds with us. We've done a half dozen escape rooms together, but they said this was the most fun they've ever had.

So much fun!! We did the Scottish Play and it was super interactive and well done. We had so much fun that we got home and scheduled another game at their second location to do tomorrow and were so excited!

We had such a great time! We went in two groups of 6 each and competed for how fast we could do it ... one group was 41 min and the other 42! Our host was personable and fun too. Highly recommended!

Scottish Play: Wonderfully designed experience! A must if you’re a fan of OSF, Shakespeare, and/or the Scottish play. Tricky! We needed and got lots of help from our host. Figured out a few things on our own. Nice photo op and gift shop selection at the end. Recommend!

We're escape room enthusiasts, so when we stopped in Ashland for two days to visit the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, we knew we had to find the best escape rooms that Ashland had to offer. We weren't disappointed! We started out with "The Scottish Play," which was a lot of fun and had some cool twists & turns. Bryce was a great gamemaster! We enjoyed it so much that we went back the following night and did "The Ramblin' Rogue," which was even better! Lionel was a fantastic gamemaster and we loved having the "bartender" in the room with us. It's so much easier to talk to the gamemaster face-to-face than using a flimsy walkie-talkie! There are lots of fun puzzles in both rooms and both stuck well with their respective themes. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun! Annie, our barkeep, was awesome. She kept it challenging but din't let us struggle too much :-) I'd highly recommend to anyone in the area.

This is one of THE BEST escape rooms we have ever been to! It was so interactive with so many fun surprises throughout! It was simply awesome! We will definitely try the other one next time we’re in Ashland again!
