Santo was great. He texted us a picture of where to meet him inside the airport and met us there by the baggage claim. We had no issues at all.

Transfer was good and timely. At the time of the booking there permit to pickup at the ship had not been approved so we had to walk to the Gate. Most important part, was they were prompt, reliable, and good communication

Our tour guide Francesco was phenomenal. He was so very knowledgeable and made our tour so enjoyable. His witty humor and passion for the history and monuments in Siracusa and Ortigia were evident. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to better understand and appreciate this beautiful Sicilian city.

Our guide Marco was terrific! He knew all the spots for great photos as well as the historical information, he even used technology to better communicate with us in English. He gave us great tips of where to go and eat or drink! We would highly recommend this tour!

This tour was so great. Francesco was amazing. Accommodated all of our needs, showed us all of the sites around old town the new town and the archaeological park. Definitely recommend this. It’s a great way to see all of the sights.

It was the first time I hired a guide to do it at my own pace and it was a very pleasant experience. You have all the documentation to do the tour at your own pace and without connection problems and it is super well explained. I will hire it again for other visits I make in other cities. By pure chance, my family and I met Nicolas in front of the ruins of the Temple of Apollo... we didn't want to take a guided tour... but he, a true Aretusean in love with his city and the history of his land... won us all over by showing us the most important monuments, telling us anecdotes, stories, and dwelling on myths and legends... an unmissable tour that ended on a sweet note.. We want to thank Nicolas for his kindness, empathy, and competence... furthermore, the velobike is a Fun as well as very windy 😂

We had a really great day on this tour and felt it was excellent value. Claudio was so knowledgeable and shared interesting insights about local life in Sicily, which made the experience much more enjoyable. He also gave us helpful guidance on what to visit in Ragusa, Noto, and Modica, and took us to an amazing chocolate place in Modica that we would never have found on our own. We had a last-minute change of driver, but Claudio handled everything very professionally and was excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area
