Arles Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

This app-based walking tour is brilliant! Having the flexibility to explore Arles at my own pace without being tied to a large group schedule was a huge plus. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, guiding you seamlessly from one Van Gogh landmark to the next. The commentary provided rich context about his time in Provence, and standing in the exact spots that inspired his masterpieces was an incredible experience. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting an independent, well-paced way to see the city!

Anthony is a wonderful person and very well organized. We visited the magnificent villages of Lourmarin, Roussillon, Gordes... We had enough time in each village and returned to the cruise port on schedule. A big thank you to Anthony for his kindness and professionalism.

This was the highlight of our holiday in France and very memorable. Our guide, Oliver, was interesting & knowledgeable. We enjoyed seeing rice fields, the famous bulls & white horses & flamingos. We even managed a quick swim at Saintes Maries de la Mer. Booked at the tourist office in Arles.

It was a wonderful experience, which was only spoilt by a fairly abrasive guide, although he was knowledgeable. Fortunately, we were able to gel with a couple of other people who were of similar mind , and we laughed about it.

We left from the cruise port in Marseille, and we were afraid we wouldn't have enough time to fully enjoy the day, but Anthony, our guide, is a true professional. He is very organized, his itinerary is designed to help us discover the most beautiful villages and have enough time to enjoy each place. We were completely relaxed throughout the day. We were back to the ship on time with wonderful memories in our heads. Thank you, Anthony.

Beautiful experience. I struggled a bit to understand because I do not speak French well. In fact, I had requested the guide in Spanish, but it was not available for just one person. However, Benjamin was very kind, as he spoke slowly to allow me to understand well. I discovered unknown, wild parts of the Camargue, learned many interesting things about life in this region, and met very nice adventure companions!

This was so much fun. I have done a lot of audio self guided tours and this was the best. As you walked up to a spot, the app recognized where you were and started telling about the spot. Very enjoyable, very educational. Will definitely look for tours from this app in the future. One note specific to this tour, make sure you are prepared to buy the advantage ticket o explore the monuments and museums in more details. Extra cost but definitely worth it.

Our guide spoke great english she was very knowledgeable about the area My friend and I have horses do it was nice discussing the breed and landscape The fact they can be in water without getting thrush is incredible they look like a lively breed either a hood temperament. The yellow irises wrec so oracular we just happen to bf there when they were in full bloom Be sure to take this journey
