The experience was fantastic with beautiful views and an excellent guide. Helped with getting the best pictures! Bob was entertaining and very thoughtful of everyone on the trip. Truly enjoyed the trip!

It was a lot of fun. Our guide, Roger, is extremely friendly and made sure every customer was well taken care of.

My husband is usually scared of heights, however, the system at the bottom and top works so quickly and efficiently he didn’t have time to get too anxious about the gondola, staff were really competent giving a sense of security. The view from the top was amazing and he was able to sit and have lunch on the 4th floor patio with no fear and enjoyed the view. Can honestly say one of the best lunches we’ve ever had together Would recommend to anyone who may feel anxious about heights - give it a try, you may surprise yourself like my husband did

From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this is a well run operationAll the staff are obviously happy to be working there - and it showedShout out to our skipper (Leah) and Sam C (our guide). There was clear passion in what they were doing and it made for a highly informative cruiseSuch an amazing way to see Maligne Lake and Spirit IslandOh, and despite it being really busy, they do NOT cram as many people as possible onto each boat

We did a 4:00pm river raft trip on a gloriously sunny mid September Day. The guide was wonderful. The trip was easy and pleasant. It was fun!

The gondola was amazing. Well run and easy to exchange Cool Destinations passes for lift ticket. View was amazing from the top (we were lucky enough to experience the inversion - above the clouds). Able to eat at the restaurant above and get amazing pictures. Well worth the money and once in a lifetime experience.Arrived early and was able to get parking space and be one of the first people on the mountain. Also saw group of Elk on the way up (from the car).

The lake cruise on the Mary Shaeffer with Sarah and Jess was FANTASTIC!! The fog lifted just in time for our 9am cruise and the bull moose that came through as we were about to board was beyond amazing! Sarah was so informative and funny! We would HIGHLY recommend the cruise with them!

Absolutely out of this world experience, fantastic tour great guides and a fantastic natural beauty

A tour around the area showing some of the viewpoints and lakes and we also saw mule deer, white tailed deer and a lot of elk. Our guide Tas was very good and we enjoyed the evening

We thoroughly enjoyed the show. It really It was so nice to meet the both of you. You had me belly laughing,which is much needed these days. We definitely fell in love with Jasper !!

Although the weather wasn't cooperative, the tour guide and the experience were still excellent! Highly recommend for someone who only has a half day and wants to knock a few big ones off the list. I will never forget the view of Moraine Lake from the rock pile for the rest of my life!

Our driver name Dave / David was wonderful with tips & informative detailed information. He’s very friendly, cool thoughtful tips , amazing brilliant ideas , made our trip on the van very pleasant. Very clean spacious van . Helpful & prompt driver ! Highly recommend him to any friends or family as a tour guy even though he’s just a driver .

We had a wonderful trip with Georgia she was knowledgeable and enthusiastic We had some wonderful photo opportunities and the highlight of the tour Were the herd of elk with the big stag calling his lady’s and keeping them in order but disrupting the golfers .

Unbelievable experienc, super awesome, one in a lifetime experience

Louis was a great guide. Regaled us with stories and information about the area. Was very prompt and professional as well as friendly and caring. We enjoyed him. He was also a very good driver. Unfortunately the weather was not the best so we could not see Lake Louise at all but Lake Moraine was beautiful even though cold and rainy.
