What To Expect
Under the guidance of our teachers at a charming cooking school in central Venice, master the traditional techniques of pasta-making. Put on your apron and learn to craft different types of pasta – ravioli and fettuccine – using simple tools like rolling pins and pasta guitars. Watch as basic ingredients like eggs and flour transform into perfect pasta under your hands.
The experience includes the secrets of authentic Italian sauce-making: the classic "Pommarola" and ravioli fillings, prepared in advance to deepen in flavor, and butter and sage sauce made live before your eyes.
Gather with your fellow participants to feast on the pasta you've prepared, accompanied by your handmade sauces. The convivial Italian atmosphere continues as you share stories and laughter while enjoying Tuscan wines "Dalle Nostre Mani," produced exclusively at the host's farm.
Conclude your culinary adventure with an educational gelato-making class. Your host will reveal how authentic artisanal gelato is crafted using traditional methods and quality ingredients, explaining the key differences between homemade gelato and commercial ice cream.
