What To Expect
Massimo is a rare breed in Italy. Taking pride in his position as the latest, and perhaps sadly, the last in a long line of sailors in his family. With that said, Massimo is here to host you for an evening eating the traditional food a proud Venetian sailor would call dinner, featuring many delights from the deep.
Discover the authentic flavors of the lagoon with a feast featuring the treasures of the sea: taste an ancient sardine recipe that has been prepared in this region for centuries, savor tender cuttlefish, grilled prawns, mackerel, and a selection of freshly caught fish prepared with Massimo’s passion and knowledge.
This is not only a seafood dinner., this is a journey through the flavors of the Veneto region — from the mountains, where truffles and artisanal cheeses define the landscape, to the lagoon and the sea, where generations of fishermen have brought the freshest seafood to the table.
