Here is the true zero-kilometer food concept: focuses on the importance of seasonal and local ingredients you will find products cultivated on site, direct from the house garden, and brought fresh to the table at every meal. A sensory overload for all.
That's why the day will start at the garden, where you will learn how pick the best products for your class and see how the locals do their daily meals. Once we have all the ingredients, our hands-on experience begins!
