What To Expect
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and discover the secrets of authentic Italian gelato in one of Sorrento’s most renowned gelaterias. This hands-on experience gives you the unique opportunity to learn traditional recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Under the guidance of expert gelato makers, you will prepare your own artisanal gelato, choosing from 5 to 6 delicious flavors. Once all the ingredients are ready, you will follow step-by-step instructions before placing the mixture into the gelato machine and watching the magic happen.
The best part comes at the end: tasting your freshly made creation! You will also have the chance to compare your handmade gelato with the gelateria’s daily production and discover the differences in flavor, texture, and technique.
