The hiking trail can be very muddy, and participants should expect to get completely wet. As a 100% locally owned company, our team consists of passionate local guides who deeply love Puerto Rico. The chances of being assigned to different tour guides are high, and changes can't be made on the day of the tour ** IMPORTANT: Don’t use the “Special Requirements “ field, contact the provider or notify Travel Marketing Customer Support directly.
- We recommend shoes that you won’t mind getting wet and muddy, that have a good grip and thick sole. Sneakers, water shoes or hiking sandals that cover your toes are the best option. Be mindful that sandals, flip flops, croccs or slides are not allowed as it can be dangerous once wet or muddy.
- If you’re using UBER services you can use “Deli Plaza Loiza (Norte)” **KEEP IN MIND we have no affiliation with Uber nor we have any way to change the location or the names in their systems. The name provided for the meeting point in Uber system can change at any point, confirm location through your map and the location of Norte Shopping Center, San Juan.
- Pictures AREN’T part of this experience, if you’d like to bring your phone with you keep in mind you should have a waterproof pouch in order to protect it as it can get damaged during the excursion. Some guides will take pictures which they will share after the tour is done. It’s not their obligation to send this pictures to you after you’ve parted ways

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
