Meeting and Pickup
Our driver will pick you up at the address indicated 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the service to communicate the exact time of your pick up. Once you have verified your identity by checking your booking voucher, you will be taken by following the fastest route to Rome airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.
What To Expect
The reservation must indicate the day and time when you will be ready to leave at your hotel or accommodation in the city of Rome. Keep in mind that the appointment will have to be fixed three hours before the departure of your plane, this to avoid unpleasant incidents with the chaotic traffic of the city of Rome. The driver, once the booking has been verified, will help you load the luggage and, following the fastest route, will take you to the city airport.
