What To Expect
Cook in comfort in our fully air-conditioned Roman restaurant, the perfect escape from Rome’s summer heat. Just steps from the Vatican Museums, enjoy a truly hands-on cooking experience. This is not a demonstration — it’s a complete meal you’ll create yourself while sipping unlimited fine wine.
At your own individual workstation, you’ll cook alongside an expert Italian chef as you prepare three iconic dishes from scratch: fresh fettuccine, ricotta-filled ravioli, and classic tiramisu. Learn the art of homemade pasta as you mix, knead, roll, and shape the dough by hand, then make your own delicious tiramisu and customize it with your personal touch.
Then sit down and enjoy everything you’ve made, starting with bruschetta and homemade cacio e pepe chips, followed by your fresh pasta served with traditional Roman sauces, and your homemade tiramisu for dessert.
Unlimited wine is included throughout the experience, making it the perfect way to relax and immerse yourself in Italian culture.
