What To Expect
You will learn homemade pasta with the guidance of an experienced pasta maker. Immersed in the typical atmosphere of a small Roman restaurant a stone's throw from St. Peter's. Two hours of practical and fun lessons with rolling pin and wheel in hand to discover all the secrets of fresh pasta, especially gnocchi and ravioli, and some curiosity about the habits of Italians at the table. For example, did you know that even today some Italian families get together to make pasta all together? It happens especially on holidays when there are so many guests.
