Once you book one of our products your booking will be confirmed immediately, then one of our representatives will gladly contact you a day before your service to assist you in all the details about your transport and what to expect from it.At the time of pick-up, our drivers will be properly represented holding a sign with your full name and our company logo to ensure you can easily identify us.Airport arrivals: We have two meeting points to make our meeting easier and more effective, for Terminal "A" our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called "JET-LAG" which is located just a few meters from the terminal exit. For terminal "B" the meeting point will be at the restaurant called "REFUGE" located only a few steps from the exit.If your shuttle service is Round Trip we will contact you one day before your departure date, ask for your room number and confirm pickup for the next day.
