You should do this tour if you love adventure. Puerto Plata with its charms invites you to experience the 27 waterfalls of Damajagua (27 Charcos), and zipline discovered just a few years ago and submerged in the beautiful hills of the northern mountain range, this natural monument is part of the system of protected areas of the Dominican Republic.

27 Waterfalls is hidden up in a tropical canyon is a string of waterfalls that you can hike to and slide down, swim under, and jump off on your way back down. You'll head up with a tour guide who will help make sure you're jumping off of safe spots, might explain some of the history of these gorgeous falls, some of which have ancient legends stemming back from the Taino Indians who first discovered this gem, and from my experience will just make the adventure even more fun.

We do not have time slots. We leave the port 45 minutes after your ship docks. Please disembark as quickly as possible and be at the pick-up location no more than 45 minutes after your ship docks.We can pick you up in: Amber Cove, Taino Bay, and within the Puerto Plata city, ours service included all hotel of the zone.Amber Cove: the pick up will be outside of the port, after the principal gate, left side of the avenue. About 10 to 12 minutes walk.Taino Bay: the pick up will be at the main entrance, at the right side of the taxi station, outside of the door. About 10 minutes walk.Your tour guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point with a sign that says Edwin Tours at the main extrance and with a navy T-shirt.For more information, please contact us.

What To Expect

If adventure excites you, bring your family to our incredible tour of 5 zip lines + 7 waterfalls. A 30-minute hike through the Rainforest takes us to the first zip line, where the real fun begins. Enjoy the adrenaline rush of 5 zip lines over waterfalls, tropical jungle, and spectacular views, plus 2 rope bridges to descend to the seventh waterfall. Here, we start cascading down as you slide, jump, and swim through amazing waterfalls, natural river pools, and spectacular canyons. On the way back to the base camp, we will enjoy a delicious Dominican lunch (vegetarian-friendly), water, and then head back to the transportation to take you to the port or your destination. Suitable for children 8 years and older. For cruise passengers, the meeting time is 45 minutes after your cruise docks. Join us to explore, experience, and enjoy one of our best shore excursions in the cruise ports of Amber Cove, Taino Bay, and hotels.

Cool Rewards

  • Cool Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Cool Destinations. Rewards may be earned by any eligible person holding a Cool Destinations account, subject to the Cool Destinations customer Terms of Use.

Earning rewards

  • Rewards can be earned by making bookings on the Cool Destinations website. You will be able to see the value of the rewards you can earn during the booking process.
  • Earned rewards will be issued in a pending state and will move to a confirmed state 24 hours after the start time of the experience.
  • Earned rewards will be available to redeem once they are no longer in a pending state.
  • For bookings that are moved to a different travel date, the rewards will be redeemable after the amended travel date.
  • If a booking where rewards were issued is canceled, the earned rewards will not be redeemable and will be moved to a canceled state.

Redeeming rewards

  • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
  • Any available rewards will be automatically applied the next time you make a booking, and their value will be deducted from your order at checkout, unless you choose not to apply them, which requires you to indicate this via the toggle switch. Bookings made using rewards are subject to the standard Cool Destinations Customer Terms of Use.
  • You will not be able to redeem only a portion of your available rewards at checkout. It is only possible to redeem all or none of your available rewards.
  • There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
