All of this takes place in my apartment's cozy kitchen, right in the heart of Madrid. Here, surrounded by the energy of the city, you’ll get a taste of authentic Spanish home cooking, far from the tourist traps.

In this experience, I’ll teach you how to prepare homemade churros from scratch, following my grandmother’s traditional recipe, the same one that has delighted generations in my family.
From mixing the dough to shaping and frying them to perfection, you’ll experience the authentic process of making churros the traditional way. But that’s not all! We’ll also prepare chocolate to pair with them.
