What To Expect
Experience an elevated Florentine cooking class and master three Italian icons—fresh pasta, ravioli and tiramisu—in a refined, hands-on setting.
You’ll start with pasta dough from scratch, learning chef techniques for texture, elasticity and thickness, with guided checkpoints so you know exactly what “perfect” feels like.
Roll and shape your dough, then craft ravioli with a classic ricotta-and-spinach filling, focusing on clean sealing, proper cooking times and finishing for restaurant-quality results.
