What To Expect
In Florence, you have the chance to know about more than one of the world-famous Italian dishes. The Central Market of Florence is a place you must visit, because of its original and local products. But, which is the best way to learn about Italian food? Join a cooking class, of course! Meet our Chef directly at Cooking School for a practical and interactive group lesson, with the instructions of an experienced chef, in a fully equipped kitchen. Starting from fresh ingredients you will prepare a traditional Italian 3-course dinner, including a starter, a main course, and a traditional dessert. The menu changes every lesson depending on the season our Chef will create and share with you local recipes.
The course is followed by a dinner with the dishes you prepared in our wine cellar, with bottled water and Tuscany wine.
