Entry timed tickets are coordinated to coincide with the conclusion of the 2.5-hour tour. It is imperative that all guests adhere to the aforementioned guidelines to ensure access to the monument. Please be advised that no refunds will be issued in the event that entry is denied by guards or museum authorities based on non-compliance with the stated regulations. To maintain an intimate and personalised experience, each tour group is limited to a maximum of 8 guests per guide.
