With your chef’s expert guidance, you’ll handpick the finest ingredients for your cooking class, learning to select top-quality Italian products.
With your market finds in hand, head to a welcoming kitchen and roll up your sleeves to prepare an authentic Italian menu from scratch. Step by step, your expert chef will guide you through the techniques behind four exquisite dishes: Lasagne with Bolognese Sauce and béchamel, Carbonara Spaghetti with eggs and bacon, Gnocchi with Home made Pesto (you'll crush it with your own hands!) and, finally the iconic Sicilian Cannoli wich you can fill with your favourite toppings (ricotta, pistachio, choccolate etc).
