Discover Culebra: 2-Tank Scuba Diving
Overview
Nothing compares to the "weightless" exhilaration of breathing underwater. Only a diver knows the feeling! The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Instructor. During your adventure, you'll master some basic concepts and scuba skills in the first dive before heading off on an open water dive in dive number 2. Your open water dive takes you as deep as 12 metres/40 feet! (Of course this depends on where you dive.) You Must know how to swim (strong and confident swimmer in the ocean), be in good health, not pregnant, and you will need 18hrs minimum to fly after scuba for safety reasons. This is just an experience to try scuba, this will not certify you.

What To Expect
Please type in GPS Villa Marina Shopping Center in Fajardo for accurate directions. We are located inside the marina.
During this activity you will have the opportunity to learn what its like to scuba dive without having to be certified. You will get to know the wonders of the ocean and will be able to see marine turtles and other up close.
** Must know how to swim for this activity, be in good health, not pregnant or fly back home same day (need 18hrs min after scuba)

No, you don’t need to have any previous Scuba experience, but you must be able to swim without a flotation device.
Mar 2022Participants in the Discover Culebra: 2-Tank Scuba Diving cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
