Respect for nature and the enhancement of DOP and BIO products of our territory will accompany you on this exclusive journey. This is not the classic guided tour, but a unique experience reserved for a small number of people where the value and pride that balsamic vinegar has represented over the centuries will be revealed
for Modenese families, still today the only custodians of ancient secrets. Upon arrival in the Trebbiano Modenese DOP vineyard, through a relaxing walk among the cherry trees, Marianna will welcome you and will accompany you to learn about the fantastic world of balsamic vinegar in different languages. You will end this sensory experience knowing the real difference between a commercial balsamic vinegar and a certified D one.O.P. At the end of the visit we will offer you a Tasting of our artisan products combined with local PDO excellence.

What To Expect
Hello we are Marianna and Patrizia owners of Acetaia Oddolini Bio and Acetaia dei Bago. We have created a collaboration to offer you a unique, tasty and natural experience! What's this about? There will be no tour operator waiting for you, but only Marianna the producer who will take you to visit the historic Acetaia that for several generations produces Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
It will be an exciting journey in which you will be pleasantly pervaded by the scent of the real Black Gold of Modena stored in barrels and you will feel immersed in a magical era! During the visit, Marianna will tell you the centuries-old history of Balsamic Vinegar and also the secrets related to the production of this precious product.
At the end of the visit we will offer you tastings of traditional balsamic vinegar and other organic gourmet condiments paired with Parmigiano Reggiano. It will also be possible to take home some products as a souvenir of this sensory experience. What sets us apart from other tours? We are producers, so it will be a unique opportunity for you to get in direct contact with the original world of artisan balsamic vinegar. We look forward to welcoming you, see you soon!
