What To Expect
Join us for a tour of the Citadelle Gin distillery, in English, located at the heart of Château de Bonbonnet, and discover the secrets of the world's first artisan gin.
For over a quarter of a century, the Citadelle team has been meticulously crafting this world-renowned gin, honored by the most prestigious spirits competitions and voted best French gin. At Citadelle, we aim to control every aspect of our production, including our juniper fields in front of the château, our orangery where citrus and aromatic plants grow, and our distillation of course!
During your visit, you'll learn all about the production of France's first gin craft and its patented infusion process.
