This requirement is **mandatory for all reservations without exception**. The verification process helps protect cardholders from unauthorized transactions and prevents fraudulent purchases. **Please note:** the **green Viator ticket/voucher is only your proof of purchase. It is **not** your official boarding pass and cannot be used for park admission. Your official boarding pass will be issued only after the required ID has been received and successfully verified. On the day of your visit, the lead traveler must present the **same original ID** at the Xcaret Box Office, where the reservation will be validated before admission. **Reservations cannot be completed and official boarding passes cannot be issued until the required ID has been received and verified.** To avoid delays, please send your ID as soon as possible after booking.
