UltraMar ferry was a great experience. Easy to book, great amenities on board (A/C on multiple decks, live music, drinks & snacks, outside seating and smooth sailing) 20 minutes sailing time, definitely worth the approximate $17USD each way price we paid! Definitely recommended

It was an awesome experience, it was our first time in Cancun. Be booked the ferry to Isla Mujeres and hung out there all day. Playa Norte is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen.

We had a great experience taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Boarding was organized, the staff was friendly, and the ride was smooth. The vessel was clean, air-conditioned inside, and had plenty of outdoor seating if you wanted to enjoy the ocean views. The crossing itself was quick, and we appreciated how efficient the entire process was. We were traveling as a family, and everything from ticketing to boarding was straightforward. If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide a little more information about the return schedule and boarding process for first-time visitors, but overall it was very easy to navigate. We would absolutely use this ferry service again on our next trip to Cancun.

I am reaching out to you to share feedback about our recent experience using your ferry service to Isla Mujeres.Our experience with Ultramar was mixed. The ferry service was excellent, and both the entertainment and the staff on board were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our first point of contact at the terminal was completely different.One of the employees was rude, unfriendly, and unnecessarily argued about our tickets. The tickets had been managed and paid for through our hotel, and we had already been informed that there would be no additional charges for taxes or fees. Despite this, the employee repeatedly insisted that we had to pay more money and treated the person holding the tickets as if they were lying.The most disappointing aspect was their attitude. When informed that management would be contacted to report their behavior, they sarcastically responded saying: “Say hello to my boss for me,” showing very little interest in resolving the situation or providing respectful service.For reference, the employee involved in this situation is: Luis Enrique Arias Tun (411), and we have a photograph of their identification badge available for internal review if necessary.We understand that misunderstandings can occur, but professionalism and respect towards customers should never be lacking. Had the situation been handled in a more cordial manner, we probably would not be writing this review.It is a shame because the ferry service itself was very good. The negative experience stemmed solely from the attitude of this employee at the terminal, which created a poor first impression of what was otherwise an excellent visit to Isla Mujeres.

Great experience overall. The transportation was punctual and well organized from start to finish. The ferry process was easy, and everything was clearly explained. We had enough time to explore Cozumel without feeling rushed. Perfect option if you want a hassle free day trip.

Tour guide Dolphin was great. He made sure everyone was accounted for seem.to.always be around when needed. Bus was full but on time and very easy transition to the Ferry

Safe and very dependable. It was fun to see the mariachi sing every one enjoyed his music. He played music every one knew.

I time and quick. Boarding coming back as very busy as expected. The wait to return was very hot as they have you in lines in building with no breezy made for a very uncomfortable wait.

Super recommended, good service, they send you your tickets without problem and if you have any doubt they attend you very quickly....

On time, plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor), music and snacks on board. The ride was beautiful and quick from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. Inexpensive and ferry leaves every half hour. FYI: Ubers cannot pick up inside the ferry terminal. You will get picked up outside of the terminal on the main street.

It was an excellent journey over and back they had entertainment took about 2025 minutes to get over there from where we were staying
