Although the staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry it or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
- In case the transportation service shows up for boarding, but for some reason you did not board on time or could not show up, you have the opportunity to reschedule the excursion for our next departure with availability (cost for rescheduling varies depending on the characteristics of the reservation). These reservations will no longer be eligible for refund.
