Starting with a welcome aperitif with tasting of typical Campania products, we will tell you the story of the Portici palace.
Then we will start having fun learning all the secrets to know and create tasty traditional Neapolitan dishes based on fresh and seasonal products.
At the end we will taste everything together accompanied by a good local wine.

After a warm welcome, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn how to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch. Discover the secrets of the perfect dough, proper kneading techniques, and ideal texture. Depending on the day, you’ll prepare hand-cut tagliatelle or soft traditional dumplings, following time-honored methods passed down through generations.
