What To Expect
We are one of the oldest wineries in the area and DA brings our love for the land to your tables with organic products.
The wine tasted and explained directly DA those who produce it has a different flavor, a unique flavor full of memories, passion and anecdotes. The wine is alive, to the last drop and only in this way you can experience the territory, the history and the scents that surround it.
Our cellar has a capacity of 3600 hectolitres in steel barrels and is powered DA a photovoltaic system.
Winemaking takes place spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts, without the addition of enzymes.
We refine the wine in oak barriques and use ancient caratelli for our sweet wines.
Thanks to the passion for our land and the care we put in daily, we produce quality wines DA years.
