Top Italy Language Classes

Wonderful Palermo pizza and gelato class! Sprena was charming, knowledgeable, and made our evening unforgettable. Her passion for her craft comes from the heart! Upon our arrival back home we purchased all the ingredients from a recipe she provided for another Taste of Sicily at home with the family.

Unbelievable experience, Marcelo our Chef was outstanding. Explained every detail about pizza making and why certain ingredients. From start to finish a great. Gelato making was fun and delicious. The best Pizza and Gelato we have while in Palermo

On the first day of our visit to Bergamo, we had four unforgettable hours with Chiara. She is a language coach/teacher and charming native of Bergamo, and combines real life Italian language learning with experiencing this UNESCO city. She generously helped us solve some puzzling transportation needs and took us to amazing off the beaten track places, like a 1500s home to the same family for 500 years! As we were at different levels of Italian language, she adapted easily to encouraging/teaching both of us. Thank you Chiara!

My experience at the Leonardo da Vinci school in Milan was simply wonderful! From the first day, I was received with great affection. Anna at the reception was always extremely polite, attentive and helpful. She makes all the difference in welcoming students and is always ready to help with a smile on her face. The extracurricular activities organized by Zhenya also deserve special praise. In addition to being well-planned, they make the experience of learning Italian much more rich and fun, providing unforgettable moments and the opportunity to get to know the Italian culture better and make new friends. And I couldn’t help but thank my teachers, Enrico and Sara. They are simply fantastic! Very patient, dedicated, didactic and passionate about what they do. They can make lessons light, dynamic and motivating, making learning Italian a real pleasure.I will take with me not only the knowledge acquired, but also the amazing people who were part of this journey. I am immensely grateful for everything and I recommend the Leonardo da Vinci School closed-eyed for those who want to learn Italian in a welcoming, professional and full of special people environment.

I studied with Vanessa for two weeks, three days each week, for a few hours. She is a wonderful instructor, knowledgeable about teaching as well as Italian, and a native of Sardinia who was eager to share her love of the culture with visitors. Highly recommend this way to be introduced to Italian and Cagliari!

Being able to know Bergamo while learning Italian in the company of Chiara has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

Phenomenal experience, great hosts Federico and Lidia, great people who also came to the class, would go again

Great experience, really worth it, fun, delicious. We had a lot of fun and the chef was great!

I had such a great experience with my one-to-one Italian lessons. Chiara was absolutely fantastic—funny, friendly, and incredibly engaging. She has a natural ability to make learning feel relaxed and enjoyable, which made the lessons something I genuinely looked forward to.Her teaching style is very interactive, so you’re not just memorizing vocabulary—you’re actually using the language and building confidence as you go and always kept the lessons interesting and dynamic. Chiara explained things clearly, was patient whenever I needed extra help. What I appreciated most was how she adapted the lessons to my level and made the whole experience feel comfortable and encouraging. It never felt intimidating, which made it much easier to practice speaking.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn Italian in a fun, supportive, and effective way.

Chef Salvatore was enthusiastic and entertaining throughout the class! Loved our experience!!!

Thanks a lot to Salvo, Dorotea, and the group! The course is fun. We are learning a lot about making pizza. And yum!

Liddia is an absolute delight! She came to the class at short notice as another teacher was unable to attend. She’s a natural teacher who is patient, friendly and kind to her students.I genuinely recommend the pizza and gelato making class - best I’ve ever had and I made it myself! I will definitely do a Towns of Sicily course again as the level of professionalism is brilliant. Thank you for creating a wonderful holiday memory.

Incredible experience. Our chef Lidia was delightful, kind, informative and just FUN!! Meeting the other people in the group was great fun as well. Sharing stories, creating great food, drinking wine…what’s not to love!!

Absolutely loved our class. It was only 6 people, 4 from our family and two others. It was lovely to meet them and have some great chats! Our teacher, Lydia was exceptional. So friendly, so knowledgeable and so much fun! We absolutely loved this class and our pizza and gelato was exceptional, if I do say so myself!!! 🍕😋
