Many of us were first-timers, but with the patient help of the guides, we felt like experts by the end. Gliding through the mangroves of Progreso at sunrise was unforgettable. The water was calm, the scenery was stunning, and we even spotted flamingos along the way.The whole experience was well organized and felt safe and easy for the entire family. If you're visiting Progreso, don't miss this tour. We'll definitely be back!

Got to see a little bit of everything PRogresso has to offer on this tour. Jesus was great a would recommend for those visiting the area.

We sailed the margaritaville islander & had a stop in progreso mexico so we decided to do a food tour seemingly the time zone (2hours out)was slightly confusing..Jorge (our food tour host) was amazing & very knowledgeable the food was sooooooo good & really nice size portions we left fulllll so definitely come hungry.. can't wait to try their Merida Mexico food tour next

We had an amazing time at Sergio's beach house. The shuttle was easy to find and we had a pleasant trip. The pool and beach access was beautiful and refreshing. The buffet and bar were well stocked and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was so fun and peaceful! I definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to relax by the pool or on the beach with a drink.

We didn’t have many options in Progreso so we thought we would give this place a try. It was great. We were greeted upon arrival. The area was well kept and clean (bathrooms, beach, pool, etc). The service was great and the server checked on us about every 5 minutes. Drinks were cold and food was yummy. We did have some communication difficulties with the other staff since only two staff members speak English but we were in Mexico after all. If you want a laidback, uncrowded beach club, this one is for you!!

It was an extraordinary experience!! From the guide named Javis, he treated us very kindly, and the transfers were well explained for each of the individuals. Their reception was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend it because they do not pressure you regarding the duration of your stay. So if you chose this tour!! You will not regret having done it!!

Everything went smooth. The representatives were expecting us and just as we got off the ship's bus to downtown and the representative immediately took our names and checked us in. We boarded a bus and drove a short distance to our destination. Once we arrived we were brought to lovely beach with many chairs and umbrellas. The view and the sound of the surf were totally relaxing. Unlike other beach clubs this one had a gorgeous beach minus the floating slides that seem to be an attraction at other beach clubs. We were offered choices of different drinks. Later we ordered food which was really tasty. drinks and food were included. They had people selling items as they walked the beach. Nice souvenirs . We bought a few handcrafted items at great prices. It was convenient as we only had a short time to shop once we returned to the ship. I had a relaxing day. The beach was a little rocky entering the water but once you got past that part the sand was warm and soft under your feet. They had lots of fish swimming around your feet. Snorkel masks were available but the water was clear and we saw lots of fish as we walked into the water. The food was wonderful. The representative took your order and brought it to you. There were four of us on the tour and it was unanimous, we loved it! The amount of food that you get to sample is amazing, you will not leave hungry. The quality of the food is incredible too and Jorge explains everything in a very informative and pleasant way.I would highly recommend this tour and can't say enough good things about what a great tour guide and nice person Jorge is. Our friends are back on the same cruise with their family in May and they are determined to book it again!

Beautiful place, it was not crowded. It was very pleasant and the whole family enjoyed it. The staff was absolutely awesome. One of the best excursions I've been on. The big bonus was the food was absolutely awesome!

We really enjoyed the tour and all the information we received about the tour. Our tour guide was professional, friendly, and very open to anything we needed. Enjoyed all the stops. I wish it was longer at the beautiful beach house as it was so nice swimming and having our lunch. I appreciate not having to worry about time and getting there and back to the cruise ship as we had a very small window. I have already refereed others to this tour company as they are worth it!
