We had a very enjoyable day with our guide Spencer who took us to the chocolate factory, then the cultural village as an extra which was so worth the experience the the blue lagoon where we had a lovely pre prepared lunch by Spencer then a swim which was chilly but beautiful then the waterfall which was also beautiful Spencer was a fantastic knowledgeable guide and would highly recommend

My experience was really enjoyable, the tour was informative and interesting. The tour guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The surroundings were very pretty and naturalistic, with many cocoa trees surrounding and several friendly cats! The tasting was educational and delicious which enhanced the overall experience. Overall I would highly recommend this experience.

Our guide Moses met us at the port as we got off the cruise ship, and we were escorted to a waiting airconditioned minibus. There were two other groups with us, but one of them must have been delayed, so the itinerary was moved around slightly to accommodate this. We did manage to miss the initial parts of the chocolate information talk, but were there in time for the tasting! The Blue Lagoon was refreshing, Eden on the river was pretty (we went for a walk, not a swim here) and lunch was plentiful and delicious. We had an up close and personal encounter with some of the wildlife (as an added bonus Moses did NOT bring the spider onto the bus!) and we had a running informative commentary for most of the trip. Overall a well-organised and professional tour experience.

Yumi tours were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. We had a little hiccough where the chocolate factory was not open on Sunday (my mistake for booking despite being aware of this!), so Stan the guide offered to do Blue Lagoon and Eden, and the chocolate factory the following day (Monday).Blue Lagoon was fantastic. I went early in the day and it was quiet. The weather was rainy but this didn’t impact the lagoon, it still had crystal clear water and a warm temperature. Be aware when entering the lagoon that it can be very slippery, so hold onto railings.Next, we went to Avi Turtle Sanctuary as a bit of a side-quest. This wasn’t included on the tour but was suggested by Stan (and made clear it would be a 2000vatu entry from my pocket - no problem!). It was small, but each guide was knowledgeable about their part of the sanctuary. You can feed the turtles, but I was quite happy to watch them.Eden was the next stop. It had been raining heavily overnight, making the water muddy and the current fast. I didn’t go into the rapids, but was able to get my feet wet on the side. The bbq lunch provided with the tour was fantastic.The following day, Stan picked me up and took me to the chocolate factory. The guide Rose was fantastic, very knowledgeable and welcomed all kinds of questions from me. The prices in the shop were reasonable, but I recommend taking Vatu as the Aud prices were a bit above the exchange rate.Overall a very professional and easy tour, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Yumi tours when I am back in Vanuatu.

This was full of inclusions and very well run - 100% recommend over other companies! Plus they are locally owned which is nice 😀

Faboulous day out with our very informative guide Ray and Colin our driver. Couldn't fault the tour and would definately recommend this to anyone who is considering going. Just one tip though. Don't eat breakfast before you go, there was too much for us to eat, so much so that we didn't even go out for dinner that night. The tour was excactly as described and each stop was definately worth it. Thank you Ray for a great day.

Excellent visit, with a bilingual English-French guide. We tasted 8 types of chocolate, first depending on the geographical origin of the beans from 3 other islands of Vanuatu, then chocolates with kava, coffee, ginger, chili,... Very interesting experience

The warm welcome right from the start summed up the day… Tour guide Grace was so wonderful.. telling us history & pointing out interesting place on the way around … Nick our driver was fun & a daredevil jumper into the amazing waters at Blue Lagoon… Bountiful also did our airport pickup.. I can not fault their professionalism & happy attitude.. would highly recommend them for any trips you want to book.. thank you to the whole team .. fantastic day 😊😊😊🌴

Really enjoyed our experience, small group of 3, tasted lots of new things, individually catered for food allergies, loved learning more about the culture. Great tour guide and great driver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our foodie tour with Ray (guide) and Sam (driver), we went to an open air fresh food market (delicious passion fruit), chocolate factory, 83 distillery, Regenerative Vanua for lunch (and great coffee), by the early afternoon we were filled to overflowing with delicious food and ready for a nap so forewent the Kava Bar visit. Ray was a great guide, keen to share his knowledge and teach us some Bismali and learnt some common Māori phrases from us. Highly recommend to all foodies!!

What an amazing boutique chocolate factory. We arrived outside the normal tour time but the lovely lady gave us a private tour anyway. And we got to taste their whole range of chocolates as part of the tour. Fantastic! I would highly recommend this.

I went with a friend while we were staying in Port Vila and it was a great learning experience. The team here are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they do it very well. Highly recommend

Firstly I would like to say Roger Roy from Blue Express took us on an Island Tour which was great to accommodate wheel chair friendly travel. We visited a few places & I must say the Chocolate factory was a stand out of the day. Interesting how the process of making the most beautiful flavours in chocolate. Congratulations to all involved. Also the ramp facility was great wheelchair access.
