I’m one week into my two week course and I must say how pleased I’ve been with the school. On my second day, I had the opportunity to have paella 🥘 and then head to a bar with other students. Yesterday I went to a stunning art museum. From the get go, the classes have been great. So many opportunities to practice speaking but there’s always a grammatical focus woven into the lesson. As a teacher myself, I’ve been very happy with the way quality of teaching. Focused on communication over accuracy. I’ve been very happy with my two teachers Maria and Carles. The facilities are fantastic and there’s air conditioning in the school. The classroom is very cool and for some reason cow themed 🐮 I am looking forward to the fiesta on the beach on Friday! From day one, the school went above and beyond my expectations. The teachers — especially Carol and Antonio — are amazing. They teach in a super playful and easy-to-understand way that makes learning fun. Their energy is contagious, and the classes never feel boring or stressful.What really stands out is how interactive and lively everything is. This isn’t your typical school — every day is different, and the daily activities are a great way to meet people and practise Spanish in real life.The school is also in a prime location, right in El Carmen, near the famous Torres de Serranos. It’s such a cool area to explore before or after class.If you’re thinking about learning Spanish, I highly recommend Taronja. Great vibes, amazing teachers and team!

I was very impressed with Taronja school. Our group was put together well and our teachers (Nuria and Carol) were excellent. The balance between learning and fun was great. The classes were challenging and everyone was encouraged to contribute in a meaningful way. We were only there for four days as there was a public holiday but I would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Both the guide and teacher were fantastic! I think you can try this experience for the language and to know different culture and mentality.

I was only here for 1 week, but I had the best time ever! The Spanish classes are made really fun, but you also honestly learn a lot, even in 1 week. We played games to learn words, grammar and pronunciation. The two teachers I had (Carol y Pablo) we’re really nice and funny. The school also offers a lot of activities which are almost free, in this way you can make friends really fast and thats super nice, especially when you come here on your own. The school itself is right in the city centre, so thats honestly a beautiful location. Everyone should visit Valencia once in their life because the vibes are amazing. I would defenitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn Spanish, the school almost feels like a family. I am already planning when I can come back:).

It's been 50 years since I went to 'school' and it was with much trepidation that I booked to go to the Taronja school. I had imagined that I would be the old man amongst youngsters in the class, but although I was the oldest there, I found we represented a good cross section of ages. The first couple of hours in class was rather difficult, but that was because I felt a long way behind the other students regarding ability. There were 2 reasons for this, firstly the first subject of the day was about regular and irregular verbs, which is, at least for me and some of the others, difficult, but I soon began to make headway thanks to the excellent teacher. Secondly, I really should have attended the previous week as well; purely my mistake when I booked online. When I look back at the week at the Taronja school and the amount I have learnt I am very impressed and I would go back for more but unfortunately it's a very long way from home and being a family man I just can't justify it but if it was within daily travelling distance I would be happy to spend many weeks there. I am considering using their online courses, but we'll see. For anybody thinking about going to the Taronja school, just do it!

I spent one week at Taronja School, studying A1 Spanish and would go back in a heartbeat💕. The small classes were very engaging, and teachers were enthusiastic and caring. Taronja is much more than classes though, every night they had engaging activities where you could practice Spanish with fellow classmates and explore new places all over Valencia, and beyond with the teachers and ambassadors of the school. I had so much fun and met the most wonderful people from all over the world. I am in my 50s which I think is significant because they truly treated every person like family and had a group Buena Vida for people over 27 😂 to connect and be able to do things together. I'm really looking forward to going back In the future. They also have housing at a reasonable rate if you're staying for a longer period of time . Thank you Taronja☀️💐🎉

Great teachers, perfect atmosphere, great Activities! Every day is a new adventure, everyone is so opened, help you when you have question and helping you with your Spanish with good material and lessons. Love it, would recommend it to everyone! ☺️

Absolutely brilliant, I've attended other schools to learn Spainish, and by far is the best. Good teachers, good learning pace, lots of vocab work and lots of opportunities to practice speaking. Classes are good mix of grammar, and practical things to say and there out of school options are by far the best. If you're learning in Valencia this is the school I recommend to study at by far!!

Taronja is the best spanish school in Valencia. The teachers are amazing and the job the interns do with the activities is just as amazing. I spent 3 months there and I could not had imagined doing anywhere else. Many great and exciting activities, the best Paella

Taronja is a great school to study Spanish. The course includes a schedule of social events where you have the opportunity to meet new people, learn more about Spanish culture, and practice your Spanish. The teachers are wonderful, I highly recommend!

I attended the intensive course for 2 weeks with my girlfriend, it was an amazing experience! The school offers Spanish courses with great teachers and a lot of different activities (every day) to meet people from all over the world and do mucha fiesta!!

Both my children have been to Taronja to work on their their Spanish (my daughter four times so far) and have both made excellent progress. Then, at long last, Dad made it too! I was looking for an advanced course, which can be difficult to find in smaller schools so it was great to find somewhere that can offer courses at a more demanding level, and even better, that are well taught. All this was backed up with daily printouts of the topics and new vocabulary that arose as we went along. Plenty of great extracurricular laid on outside the formal teaching. Inevitably this was better suited for those a wee bit younger than myself but my two (18 and 21) had an absolute ball! I opted to stay with a Spanish family and was very lucky to be assigned someone who was not only great company but who upon discovering it was my birthday, even laid on a birthday party for me!

I have been to Taronja twice before, both times for 2 weeks of their intensive course. The course is for 20 lessons a week, over 4 hours each day Monday to Friday and there are also lots of cultural and social activities run by the school for students, normally without extra charges. These include cooking presentations at the school, cultural walks, lessons off-site at interesting locations, group outings to restaurants, bars and other attractions and cultural presentations at lunch-times as well as the weekly paella party for current and past students. Teaching is done in small groups (6-10) of people with a similar level of Spanish and is done in a creative way and all in Spanish. As well as following a broad curriculum and working towards the standard learning levels, the lessons include a lot of fun activities and all sorts of diversions into exploring Spanish language and culture. I can recommend this school very highly and Valencia is a beautiful city well-worth exploring. It is especially good during the Las Fallas festival 15-19 March each year and I will be returning to Taronja again this year 2019 to see it.

I followed an intensive spanish course at Taronja for 4 weeks and i wish i stayed longer. I had the best time ever and I'm going back this year. The teachers are extremely friendly, the school is small but really nice and the activities were amazing. On the weekends, there are trips to other cities or places and throughout the week, the school organises other activities like paella evenings, city tours or cooking classes. The appartment i stayed in, was clean and big. I have no complaints at all and had the best summer vacation ever
