We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class in Trento, Italy! It was easy to find, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. Costanza was an incredible host—so kind, patient, and wonderful at explaining each step of the cooking process. Our translator was also fantastic and made everything easy to follow.What made this experience so special was how authentic it felt. After preparing the food together, we got to sit down and enjoy the meal with our host, which truly felt like being welcomed into an Italian family’s home for dinner. It was such a fun, personal, and memorable experience, and definitely one of our favorite parts of our trip to Italy!We would absolutely recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Trento and looking for a genuine Italian experience. 🇮🇹❤️

We have just returned from a very pleasant meal at the Weathervane at Meir Park, Stoke on Trent and were served by a very very pleasant lady named HOLLY. She was extremely pleasant and has a very good customer liaison. She was very attentive to all our needs but never intrusive. We have been served by her on many other occasions and always found her to be the same. Obviously well trained in looking after her customers.

It was a very lovely evening. Contanza and her husband were very nice hosts. We learned a lot about pasta and can definitely recommend this cooking class.

This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Costanza and Paolo were such wonderful hosts—warm, friendly, patient, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were traveling as a family with our two young children (5 and 3 years old), and Costanza was amazing with them. She took the time to teach them, made them feel included, and was so patient throughout the entire experience. It made the class enjoyable for the whole family.After making the pasta and tiramisu, we sat down to enjoy our meal, and it was beyond our expectations. The pasta was absolutely delicious, and there was something so special about eating a meal we had prepared ourselves under their guidance.This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a genuine Italian experience filled with great food, laughter, and wonderful memories. This was very unique and an unforgettable experience with a local! She is a sweet, patient, and kind lady who really takes the time to teach you and makes sure you feel welcomed and at home. She uses organic and really good quality ingredients. Not to mention that she grows her own vegetables and uses what is needed from her own garden. We plan on coming back next year to learn how to make tiramisu with her. We highly recommend booking a class with her!

Good workshop in relaxed surroundings, a little bit outside of the city. Super cool to learn how to make ravioli (a lot of work) and tiramisu (easy). Surely will do that at home too. Be sure you read all the messages about how to get there.

We booked the Ravioli cooking lesson at Cinzia's place. Cinzia is a really warmful host and a brilliant cook. She was really patient to explain how to make the Ravioli step by step and the end result was really delicious. We higly appreciate that she mostly used ingredients from her garden or the local region which gave the meal a special flavour. We can highly recommand to attend a cooking lesson at Cinzia's place.

Absolutely amazing!! We were spending our honey moon in Italy, and this activity was extremely fun. We were welcomed into their beautiful house and cooked pasta and tiramisú, which were very tasty. The conversation with them was almost at a family level, and the 4 hours passed by incredibly fast. Definitely recommend this activity!!

We were visiting Trento after a wedding and looking for a local experience where we could learn more about food. This turned out to be the perfect choice! We arrived to a beautiful home where the ingredients and everything else we needed were laid out on the table. Costanza and Paolo gave us background on the dishes and step-by-step instructions. I loved that they offered some dishes we had never tried including Casunziei (a type of pasta) that we stuffed with beets. Then we were able to sit down to eat the delicious food and get to learn more about their family. Afterward they even offered us a ride back to our hotel because it started to rain. This is was such an authentic experience and I couldn’t recommend trying it more!

A once in a lifetime experience to sit in the private residence home of a couple and share life stories. I don't know if all meals are just for 1 couple and the family preparing the meal but I am glad ours was. I was expecting to see a little more actual cooking. We only say the dough preparation for a pastry starter dish. The rest was already prepared. This did allow for us to spend more time getting to know our host and hostess as they did not have to run around the kitchen. They could relax with us as we all ate together. Just be aware if that possibility should you sign up and expect to watch the meal being prepared.

We had such a wonderful time at Costanza’s home. My 17 year old daughter and husband got to knead and roll the dough used for our traditional and local appetizer. We enjoyed our conversations over the delicious four course meal. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our experience the very best. We feel honored to have met our hosts and had this meal in their beautiful home. This experience will always be a major highlight of our stay in Trento.

We had an amazing time with Constanze and Paolo and ate amazing food. Constanze and Paolo were very welcoming hosts in their wonderful home in Trento. While Constanze speaks mainly Italien, Paolo is there ready to translate into English and German. We had a wonderful evening with just the 4 of us with great conversations and amazing food. Constanze explained us step by step how to prepare the pasta from fresh dough and the Tiramisu while she had already prepared the stuffing and sauce. They were very considered of all dietary restrictions and built the whole menu of the day just for us.
