Unfortunately, due to ferry scheduling issues, my group was unable to make it to Tarifa in time for our excursion. While we didn't get the chance to experience the sailing trip itself, I still wanted to leave a review because the level of professionalism and customer service we received was outstanding.From the moment we explained the situation, the owner was incredibly understanding and did everything he could to help. He offered multiple alternative dates and worked with us to try to find a solution that would fit our schedule. Unfortunately, because we were leaving the area, none of the alternatives were possible for us.Despite the circumstances being completely outside of his control, he was kind enough to provide us with a partial refund and handled the entire situation professionally and respectfully. It would have been very easy to simply point to the booking policy, but instead he chose to be fair and accommodating.While we weren't able to go on the excursion, our experience left a very positive impression. If their customer service is any indication of how they run their sailing trips, I would not hesitate to book with them again in the future.

A BRUTAL experience! 🤿🌊 Snorkeling in Tarifa was much better than we imagined. The water, the landscapes, and the amount of marine life we were able to see made the activity truly incredible. The team was fantastic: super attentive, friendly, and professional at all times. They made us feel very comfortable and safe, and they also made the experience fun from the very first minute. Without a doubt, one of those activities that stay in your memory. I will definitely do it again. 🐠💙
